Uh.. bootcamp in two weeks? No, it was just a training exercise. My "bootcamp" or basic training as we have defined it properly, was 14 weeks.

I was just out for two weeks in the field doing some maneuvering. War games pretty much.

So I'm just going to assume that was a joke? Lol I'm just giving you a hard time brother.

But, with that being said... I STAND VICTORIOUS!

Haha, didn't read very close, missed the 'two weeks' part. Anyways, I haven't ever heard anyone complain about normal training. Lots of whining from sailors about long deployments, but not a soldier about training. Must've been something special

Oh dude, sailors in the Navy have it pretty bad for sure sometimes. Being out at sea for months on end isn't exactly all that fun I don't imagine haha. I'll stick to the dry land thank you very much.

Then again, Infantry isn't exactly much better, if it even is at all..

No showers for extended periods of time,
MREs, MREs, and more MREs,
No running water,
Sleeping outside is lame,
Hurry up and wait 24/7,
Lack of sleep,

ect.

Yep. I just finished high school....

I loved being homeschooled. The only ceremony type thing we did lasted less than 10 minutes. I didn't want to do anything really.
But we mostly just grilled food and had a party.
