It sounds a lot better, I am a winner, rather than I am a loser, but then again if you lose something to gain a friend, surely that is worth it.

I was talking yesterday and I was reminded that I am a failure at doing things exactly right, by other peoples measures.
But then it was said I was a loser.

It is funny how being a loser implies someone else has won, which is not the same as being a winner, because being a winner can be singular, ie you gain something but at nobodies elses loss. Our culture wants to imply that losing is bad, when actually taking part is a good thing, and you can be a winner just by participating.

But hey, today, now I am a WINNEEEEEEER
