I never have been good at that...I am not very graceful...always getting injured....I once took out a whole team single-handedly at lasertag while also wiping out my right leg, right arm, and a bunch of boxes....

No...I very rarely go to the hospital even with serious injuries....:p
whoever put that rug in a gym is crazy....I was the only one to get injured though...never try the movie style jump and shoot....it may look graceful, but the landing is rough and you may not walk well for a week. Lol
