In order to build a solid structure, an architect must have both a sound foundation and a vision of what the building will look like when it's completed. So also a leader needs both a foundational commitment to values and a vision for what he or she is trying to build. Paul said in 1 Corinthians 3:10-15 that his foundation is Jesus christ and that his goal is to build a church that will endure. The task of Christian leaders has not changed. Toward what goal is your work leading? Upon what foundation are you building? and where do you look for the master plan? May God bless and keep us all......
