This recipe was invented by my grandma to dispose off leftover chapattis. Chapatti is an Indian unleavened bread. I am not sure where you get them in the USA store bought, but it's really simple to make.
Chapattis and tortillas look sort of similar except chapattis are made of whole wheat and a lot healthier
So if any of you make chapattis and have leftovers this is an awesome snack. The pieces of chapatti become rock hard and it's really delicious to eat especially if you're studying and stuff.
It hardly takes 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients
Leftover Chapatti. ( I used only 1 and a half. Chapatti is an Indian unleavened bread)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 3 heaped tbsps.
(If you feel like it you can add half a teaspoon more or just as much to caramelize the chapatti)
Method
VIOLA!!! Chapatti sweet ready to eat
