Queen Esther picked her battle wisely and it got the King's attention. In trusting God by laying down her life and fighting fear, she found life for her and her people.

Mordecai didn't stand up and applaud Haman to feed his pride, instead he applauded God only. Haman may have hated Mordecai because of it, but his bitter jealousy only harmed himself. As a matter of fact, Haman was hung by his scheme, his own hatred and Mordecai was elevated to a higher position in the kingdom.

May we learn from those who went before us as our examples!
