Let’s be elated regardless the circumstances:
The happiness is good for health; to stay sad is to be dead to all that Jesus has to offer. It is to live without ever having lived. We need to hold up the joy of Jesus in us:
After all, how we go to offer good gifts for people around us if our heart is fraught with sadness, despair and grudge? We don’t have the right of living like dead. Refusing to accept Christ's promises (for example, happiness) will surely cost us dearly (meditate on Numbers 14.21-23).
If we are in the state (I hope not!), let’s ask Jesus to arise us from the dead as He did with Lazarus. Nevertheless, let’s be humble to allow people around us to remove the boulders that hamper the miracle of Jesus in our lives and let’s stay still while Jesus uses someone to remove the bonds that have immobilized us for the good (John 11.38-44).
Have a great day in Christ Jesus and live the life as it is. Certainly, all will be better than if the life was as we would like.
