Praying that the church would repent and do their first works as commanded by Jesus:
Rev 2:5 Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent, and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and will remove your lamp stand out of its place unless you repent.
Stop following the false teachings of mere men:
2Co 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
1Th 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
And most of all:
Jas 1:21 Therefore putting aside all filthiness and overflowing of evil, receive in meekness the implanted Word, which is able to save your souls.
Jas 1:22 But become doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

I also pray that the church would wake up and come to the reality that the word of God is not a suggestion, as they use the born sinner cop out, then come at you with the substitution cop out, where they remain defiled, and in bondage to sin, when in reality Jesus came to set the captives free from sin and worldliness!
Either you are obeying daily from your heart, denying self, and keeping your lamp stand full or you are not, Jesus didn't or wont do it for you, the church must over come this replacement gospel, where they believe their behavior doesn't matter toward their final salvation.
They claim any works is legalism, especially holiness, and separation from the world and its attractions, Jesus was a one time sin offering, not a sin replacement, read Hebrews CH 9 for starters, and He died to ransom mankind from the corrupting influence of sin and disobedience! Mark 10-45.
This should be on the banner of all evangelical churches today, as the main verse, and not Jesus took my place, and is my cloak or covering, since I am a helpless sinner, this is all false.
Act 26:18 in order to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the authority of Satan to God, so that they may receive remission of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.
