This is temptation, the Sin did not bring forth death until they ate, then their eyes were opened.
That is true, however, the point is, there was the draw and inclination
to sin when tempted, which is why Jesus surpassed Adam to become
our high priest, for He was tempted in all points as we are, yet did not sin

Some may think that just merely looking upon that tree was a wrong choice, but it was the tree of Good and evil. So no man knows which part of that tree Eve was looking at.
God. God created whole the universe, including higher dimensions (spiritual realms).
Why? Because God always incline to the best. And the best universe needed to include some evil.

There is a whole lot going on here we do not see all the time.
It could be meant to distinguish being inclined to sin,
or tempted, from the actual act of sinning in itself.
you cannot begin to understand it, if you think you are inclined to Sin non-stop and always a sinner, even after being elected.
Are you still a sinner after you are elected?
Inclination means its a natural tendency to do something and to stop that something.
SIN is a choice.
