Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand. 6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.
Do you think there are 12 thousand pure blooded from each tribe of Israel today?

As the messiah like journey of the antichrist he will bring the jews home from around the world for it will be the only place safe for them and allow them to build the temple. As the Lord said: Nation against nation, gentile against gentiles, but Israel will be safe from the turmoil.
There is no such category for the word spritual Israelite, you are either a jew or a gentile.

If you notice there are two groups one group is exclusively of Israel’s tribes ( the Old Testament was the tribes of Israel’s covenant
But then there appears a second group just after that group this new group is from all nations and languages and peoples of the earth and they are shouting about being redeemed by the blood of the lamb
So you have a group corresponding to the Old Testament exclusive to Israel’s tribes

The children of isreal is a specific name used for the Old Testament descendants of Jacob who god promised the land of the Canaanite’s to Abraham
and then this group immediately appears in heaven after they are all numbered
“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; and cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”
