has anyone else had log in issues? I know what my password is and username but i keep getting the 5 time log out, sometimes they work,sometimes not, I was locked out most of today, reset my password, came back an hour later, and it still said i couldn't log in for 15 minutes, this was after one attempt to log back in, I FINALLY got logged back in,reset my password, but is this a common issue?
 
Its most likely an issue with your caps lock, it sounds like. The name and password are case sensitive. So you need to double check that when you create a password, and when you type in your user name and password.
