not even sad just lonely and so frustrated with this and with my thoughts and doubts ... so much cant even write it down

Im sorry you feel this way. Maybe you could share more about your situation. People here give great advice. Just a reminder,this is a Christian forum and your title is not very appropriate. Mods may ban you.

Well my life is a long long story and im just trying to escape from my past as well and oh ill try to change it

I took the title literally. Can you think of a more lonely place to be than hell? And entire lifetime given over to selfishness, and then an entire eternity to spend only in the confines of others who have done the same -- devoted so much to selfishness they have no idea how to be selfless. Basically, they're living in a crowded place with no love to give or receive. That is as lonely as it can get.

But, Godslife, that's also the answer on how to get out of the loneliness too. God asks two things of us -- to love him fully and to love others like we love ourselves. We know how to love self. We know what we want and how to give that to ourselves. Turn that around and give it away. In doing so, you end up getting it returned.

Looking for a friend? Be a friend.

Looking to get out of a tough background? Realize you're not the only one who has that kind of background and go find an organization that helps people like you to give what you know to others going through what you've gone through.

Looking for God? He's right there! He's omnipresent so he's already right there.

Who are you looking for to fill that void? God fills the void through loving him fully and loving others like you love you.

Give... and it will be returned, pressed down and overflowing. Hold on to it, and it literally is as lonely as hell.

Well sometimes it helps to talk things out. You can't change the past but you can make better decisions in the future. When you know better you can do better.

Well I wasn't sure the mods would feel that way. I didn't want the OP banned before they had a chance to talk about how they are feeling.

Two things seem to protect me from loneliness. First, the Lord is always with us and we can always talk to him. As a matter of fact that is what we are supposed to do, whether we are lonely or not. Second, my church provides a great deal of fellowship for me. I sing in the church choir and we are all very good friends.;

we're here for you, godsslife. if you need anyone to talk to, you can PM me. i work at a desk, so i check cc multiple times during the day. i don't have all the answers, but i know it can be helpful to have someone listen :)
