right now im going thru a book called Knight in Shining Armor by P.B. Wilson
Its about preparing yourself for your future husband while getting closer to your true love, God, you also learn a lot about yourself and learn how you can fix some of your emotions and feelings. while going through this book you are not supposed to date for 6 months so that you have no distractions while getting close to God. I am currently going through this book and have about 5 months left, and I can say I have been thinking about God more and showing His love more without even knowing. I have found it helpful and suggest it to any woman of God that wants to get closer to her one true love.

so take your singleness and use it to your advantage! get to know God and yourself better! =]
and you should be happy that you are single, cuz you could be in a bad relationship that hurts you.
so just try and look at the up side of being single =]

I mean I dont even see a point in dating until you are old/mature enough get get married.
just enjoy the freedom! =]
 
Welcome......My awareness is getting better at noticing situations and people that God put in my life today. Being a drug addict in recovery (8 mos clean) I'm used to having what I want when I want it!!! The word has taught me different today. I believe God has someone special planned for me... I just have to be patient......AAAAUUUGGGHHH!!!!! he he.

Work on not being a needy person.

3 types of relationship that do not work,,,,

A union of 2 needy people.

A union which includes 1 needy person.

2 self sufficient people but they do not both work on the relationship.

Totally agree.

Guys and girls, being single is a great opportunity to dedicate all our time to God!
Don't see it like a curse, see it like a blessing, if you use this time to get closer to God and allowing him to change us you'll be ready when you'll meet the right person. God knows what's really better for us and if we are mature enough to have a partner. There's a time for everything. The Bible says:

Ecclesiastes 3:1, 3:5
1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

Actually now that I am really out on my living in a strange with very few people I know and developing new relationships, I find I actually like my singleness.
Its exciting and mysterious. you don't have to please anyone from minute to minute and you really learn who you are as a person. You have no one to blame everything really is your fault. Its fun its boring, sometimes a little to quiet, but I believe its good. I am getting to know God in a better way and thats been great!

i toatlly see where you are coming from...being single is not always fun
im single too...i want a boyfriend so bad it consumes me...
now im working on this too...but I think we shoul dboth concentrate on working on our relationship with God
and he will show us the right time to be with someone
i know...easier said than done...im a toatl hopeless romantic...i see eveyrone around me and in movies and songs...it shard
but i think its all gonna b worth it :)
 
i haven't dated anyone since birth.... i think that book Knight in Shining Armor by P.B. Wilson will not be applicable to me...
i am single and lonely too

you dont have to have dated anyone.
it just helps you get close to God and find out about yourself.
I have only dated once and i dont really count it cu it was online.
and you can really judge a book unless you read it.
