So I have been struggling with depression for a long time. It had gotten better but as of late it has gotten really bad. I don't know what to do.

Also please pray that I can come to love these "popular girls" in this campus ministry at my college. They drive me up a wall because they don't treat this one girl with special needs very nicely. They aren't mean but they aren't nice either.

I also need prayer when it comes to loving my bfs dad. My heart is in a bad state with this cuz he's one of those people that I love to hate.

Also please pray for my friends son. His name is Matt. Let's call my friend Mrs. Smith. Mrs. Smith recently asked me to text her son so that he wouldn't feel lonley. Her son has terrets. He's a nice boy but he's a little odd and we both agree that there is a spiritual stronghold on him. He has not given his life to Christ and sadly I can't text him anymore because he wanted more than what I was willing to give. It's just a sad situation. He feels that he needs a sexual relationship to be filled.

Can you please pray for my lonliness? It's gotten really bad with the depression.

Also please pray for my bf. He has been trying to grow spiritually and I just want to pray that that goes well. And I want to pray for his heart that it may be radically changed as he is seeking.

I also want to mention a praise: I FOUND A CHURCH I LIKE! PRAISE JESUS!!

Lord I pray you would touch JFS with your grace and mercy. Help her overcome her loneliness and depression, grant her compassion for her bf's father, and shower your love on Mrs. Smith and her son. In Jesus' name, amen.
 
Prayed. Treat those girls as though they are the ones with special needs because obviously they need a whole lot of prayer. Also, its ok to rebuke when there is blatant slight going on. Like if they are planning something & exclude the other say, "why dont we invite so & so..." if they say no just ponder "i wonder if Jesus would invite her?" and then walk away and let them think about that. (vague example but you know what I'm saying.) God bless you and all your relationships and I prayed he helps you to let go of the things that hurt in forgiveness. Tons of <3 to you and as a mom I'm proud of you!

Tell me what the root is.

Hint; circumstances.

What if everything was going so well it was scary?? What then?? you know something sooner of later will go wrong.What then?
What if there was a walk with God,that placed you above every circumstance?

I will pray for your depression. But God also looks at the heart...and I like to pray for the source of that depression. If you have been clinically diagnosed Depressed I will pray for that disease in earnest...yet I feel this is not your story. Let me know if I'm wrong. Your feelings are a valid prayer request and I am empathetic to your struggle, so also know that.

scripture jumps out to me for you...

Proverbs 18:21: Death and Life are in the power of the tongue: And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Matthew 19:26: But Jesus beheld them: And said unto them, With men this is impossible: but with GOD all things are possible.

2 corinthians 4:13: We having the same spirit of Faith, according as it is written I believed, and therefore have I spoken: we also believe and therefore speak.

JFSURVIVOR, Lift up your eyes off your circumstances and unto God.

God wants you to Gaze upward. For when you are looking up, you rise above your circumstances and they have no power over you. But when you look at your circumstances, or what I like to call, "The tyranny of the urgent", instead of the things above, you will be defeated.
God says this is the lesson I have been trying to teach you. That victory comes by overcoming a negative report with the Word of the Lord.

God says I have demonstrated that as you speak My Word, it brings life into lifeless circumstances. This is what I expect those who put their trust in me, to do.Though their circumstances may look impossible, all things are possible who look at me. {Jesus} Speak words of life into your situation, and understand the HEART of the Father is to bless you abundantly, beyond all measure.

Jesus says , Have I not taught you that the realm of the supernatural supersedes the realm of the natural?

Have I not made it clear, He says, that the greatest weapon you carry is the weapon of your testimony?

Have I not said that the words you speak either bring life or death and that the power is in the tongue?

So, speak life into and over your circumstances! Speak life and you will see life! Depression will be subjected to Gods authority. But speak death and you will see death! The choice is yours.

Know too that with God nothing is too difficult. HEAR THAT! NOTHING IS TOO DIFFICULT!!!!

so what can YOU do?

Start speaking words of life. Start calling into being those things that are not. for in so doing, you are bringing the spiritual into the natural. What you have declared in the Heavens will be made manifest on the Earth. Walk in the power given you and trample the enemy! You can destroy the works of the enemy by speaking forth the word of truth.

So check the words you speak.

Are they words of life, that reach into a soul and bring life. Or do they give Glory to the work of the enemy? Jesus said, I challenge you this day, to line up the words you speak with my words.

Speak life into circumstances, and do not bow to the enemies tactics- to have you come into agreement with what you see in the natural realm [ Tyranny of the urgent]. Jesus said; all power has been given to me and I give it to you, as well.

so test it out..speak words of life and see your circumstances change.

This is the greatest , most powerful weapon given to you, so use it!

You also have the prayer warriors of CC to back you up as well.......If God is for you who can be against you?

I will pray for your depression. But God also looks at the heart...and I like to pray for the source of that depression.
