i knw that there are jerks out there but i just want someone who will love me for me not for someone im not and the things that i have done
There's more to life than just dating. You should enjoy your youth and not just focus on boys. The more you keep doing it, the more you'll keep on getting hurt because real love takes time and patience to find it, it's not something you just stumble upon. I hope you're doing well and find other things to get your life busy with =).
here comes a time when you just have the necessity of a relationship with the opposite sex: so you can just talk and spent time together..and no, kissing is not a sin.
you wouldnt get what im saying....friendship just isnt enough when that time comes...That's what friendship is for.
ok i need help i just got asked out by a 25 year old what should i say
Try this .... NO
P.S. This shouldn't even be a question. Your 16 he's 25. I can tell you this, he aint asking you out for good intentions, he probably cant get anyone his own age.
I tried to give you reps for this one, Nod and it wouldn't let me (cos I just did it recently haha), so I'm just gonna sit here and applaud![]()

I can tell you know, you're always going to have problems dating, because you are misunderstanding the whole concept. Lets be honest, the main idea behind dating is to eventually find a future spouse. Yet marriage is all about self sacrifice & doing for the other. Anytime a person approaches marriage with a 'i just want...' attitude, its already starting off wrong. You are looking for a man to fulfill you. Accept, fulfill, whatever the wording you want to apply, bottom line is you are looking for a relationship & a person to make you feel a certain way. It is not the job of a person in a relationship/spouse, or the intent of a relationship/marriage to provide that for you. Finding the acceptance through Christ & the friendships he blesses you with is the correct way. That way, when you do get involved with someone, instead of focusing on what you can get, you can focus on what you can give. Bottom line, you will never be happy in life if you believe being in a dating relationship/marriage is the key to making you feel accepted. That is not what God intended & is counter-productive to true relationships. That is simply putting faith in man. Sure we all like to be accepted, but we have to readjust ourselves to how we get that part of us fulfilled. And its not in dating.
My suggestion, you're only 16. There is no real need to be dating at your age. Its only culture that emphasises the need to date at a young age. I'd skip dating & start focusing on your walk, your faith. Learn what it is to be a Godly spouse, to self sacrifice, & to get fulfilled & acceptance in the manner God intended. That way, once you're old enough to date for the right reasons, or not date, just wait for God to direct you, then you will be ready. Having a proper mindset, & a person of better character.
