Hi im 31 and im looking for a wife, i have been a christian all my life however there was a period (20 s) where i went my own way in the world and did some foolish things, one ended in a divorce to an addict i should have never married in the first place, the other landed me in jail, ( more on that later) anyway just as the prodigal did i have returned to my Father and am now looking to start a new and Godly life with a good christian woman, i wont put what im looking for, everyone has their preferences and not exactly GQ material here, i just ask that you love God with all your heart, can forgive a fool his past, and be willing and able to have a family. Also i am in northern va so being in virginia would be helpful, women outside va need be able to travel should the time come as my travel ablilities are somewhat restricted.... ( not in jail now ) dont really know if this is an appropriate forum for this but i figured i would give it a shot, nothing else has seemed to work as of yet. I am fairly educated and have a wide variety of interest from fishing and camping to philosophy and phisics. So if any of this interest you and you want to know more just drop me a line and we can go from there. Thanx for reading.

When you want God as much as you want a wife, He will provide.

Finding your purpose in the Lord should be your first priority. Paths that lead to the Lord will include blessings...like find that person for the rest of your life. However be warned...turning your path towards a person, or for a person is a path that will only lead to divorce or single parenthood. Grow in the Lord...if He blessed you now with your life mate, could you keep her? Seek Him first. His time is always perfect. I am 40 and just this year married my soul mate, don't take as long as me to learn this valuable lesson :)

"When you want God as much as you want a wife, He will provide. " No, it when you want God more than anything else, He may produce...not will. Sometimes we think I will trick God into giving me my desires...I will try to want God more than anything, then he will give me what I want.
hahahaha God is more crafty than us.
 
Haha, I agree, DenR, but I still clicked the "like" button on the post you're quoting, because the Lord will provide, but WHAT He provides may not be what we had originally wanted. It's been that way for me a lot of times, and I realized with relief that what I DID end up getting was something that He simply changed me into liking during the journey :). He's so awesome; I can now say that I'm single with a genuine smile on my face. Thank You, Jesus :).
