I am a Christian that has a few friends in a small town Iocated in Colorado. I am looking to share thoughts on life or share thoughts on the gospel. I am currently in a Bible study on Psalms. I love the book of the Bible and am growing close to the other ladies I'm the group.

I am on a quest to change my life and this includes physical activity and possibly Spanish lessons. I am going to read the Bible start to finish, I wanted to read 66 books in 66 days but I think 90 days is more realistic. I have read many books of the Bible just not in succussion before. Blessings to all my new friends. I look forward to talking with you.
 
Hi sweetslleepy,

I encourage you to read your Bible, but please do not try to cover a book a day. In fact, if you are fairly new to Christianity, I advise you go it a lot slower. Read one chapter of Proverbs and maybe some New Testament subjects. Trudging through the Old Testament is hard and discouraging. Eventually, yes: read the Old Testament but it is not recommended for beginners. :cool:

One good advantage of Christian Chat is that we ask each other questions when we do not understand what we are reading in the Bible. The Bible Discussion Forum is the better place to discuss the Bible when you have questions.
