Looking for friends in SD !

hey guys,

I'm a 17 year old dude from SD, looking to make new friends who share interests in Christ, guitars/music (I'm into worship music, 80s r&b, beatles, jack johnson, and im down to get into other kind of music), I go to the gym often so I'm into fitness, and other stuff (can't think of anything else rn)!

Rn Im an incoming senior this school year and lowk worried about the expectations from me for this year. I have friends but they really don't carry the idea of having Christ first, and they lowk drag me down too.

I got an insta, I use this quite often and a snap too, don't really use it, but im willing to come back. If u want them, pls dont feel hesitant to ask. cuz I really am trying to meet people.

Im also kind of shy to meet people in person too, so I came here to see if anyone would be down to be friends! Thanks yall and God bless!

Excellent and welcome! A good thing here, that you love the Lord and want Christian friends. The friendships He gives, are opportunities He opens, surely, the answers to our prayers. Just don't be discouraged by the waiting sometimes. Keep loving Jesus first. The rest tends to find its proper place after that. He is after all fully aware of our needs, some of which we may not be aware. That's usually my case daily, lol.

I like piano and acoustic guitar worship myself aswell ️ Nothing's more amazing than sitting in God's presence and soaking in His love for us.

I wouldn't stress too much about being a senior and the expectations from others and yourself.
