Why don't u just shut it, ur a real confidence builder, don't listen to him or anyone there is such thing man. Believe it people like that say that stuff because they have been disappointed and they want others to feel the same. I think it eases their pain. She is out there, the one ur looking for is out there. I am looking for someone to, and maybe even an LDr.

If you aren't at a stage in life where you are close to getting married, you shouldn't be dating. If you date, it should be to find a wife, not to find a girl-friend. If you will notice, there are no girlfriends or boyfriends in the Bible. 10 years of dating, driving around together to places in cars in the dark and sitting next to each other in dark movie theaters can lead to what Solomon calls awakening love before it so desires. It also creates a lot of temptation to fall into the sin of fornication. The current culture where people date and break up over and over again trains people for divorce, not for lasting relationships.
If you want the perfect girl fast, start working really hard to get yourself into a situation where you can provide for her, and then if you want to marry young, get some good parental and marital input on your potential spouse.

Speaking of CREEPERS. I have a question for all the young ladies (guys can voice their opinion as well). I am a 48 year old mailman who delivers mail to a lot of businesses. Whenever I deliver mail to a business with a teenage girl working there and I say hello or how are you doing, I usually get a quick response, then they turn away or no response and a dirty look. Are young women these days convinced that older men are ALL creepers?
I'm actually a friendly person and I certainly don't believe that I look creepy. I never have that problem with middle aged to older women.

It depends on the teenage girl. She may be shy or immature. Even in my late 40's and into my 50's, I had some who were very friendly and others who were somewhat shy or rude.
Very true. Also, maybe the one's that I say hello to and get no response and a dirty look from don't like their job and are in a bad mood when I come in and say hello.

Well its not only whether that teenager was shy or immature. It can be a number of things. There could be strong teachings from the parents not to talk to people they don't know no matter how friendly they seem. Not saying your intentions was on the wrong side, But even peadophiles learn to be patient when they are grooming young girls/boys, so they befriend them slowly but surely. Again I am not saying you are one. I guess its the way the world and society has gone. there was a time you could go up to a kid and say a friendly hello. But nowa days, its gone too much, you can't look at a kid without you being a suspect of some sort of creeper. I Know your heart was in right place Mailmandan, but I guess you just have to hold your nice hello's in.
Perhaps that person was in a bad mood, or maybe that time of the year, or it could of been a numerous of things. Its just the way the world and society has gone. Sad to say, but people has to be careful these days when showing a friendly hi or hello's. God bless.
