In accordance indicates that the things that accord follow and proceed from what they are in accordance with.
In other words, the blessings flow from the election. Just as the blessings of Israel flowed from Gods election of her.

Israel was Chosen not before they existed . The blessings were conditioned upon certain requirements and they came in real time .God chose that all those in Him would be blessed with all spiritual blessings in christ Jesus. No one has ever been blessed before they exist .its always after they are born .

“And he marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, teaching.”
Why is Jesus marvelling at their unbelief? Doesn't he know that surely they have not been chosen to be saved ? Is Jesus confused?

No one has ever been blessed with the blessings listed in Ephesians 1 before they were chosen. And that includes forgiveness and sealing of the Spirit. All of these things spring from/are according to what Ephesians 1:4 states.

Why doesn't this verse say'Then hath God also to only some chosen to be saved Gentiles granted repentance unto life ?

People already existed. He chose a people out of people. Remember the whole Adam knew his wife , birds and the bees thing " dominion over the earth , multiply thing ?
I’m neither a Calvinist nor a universalist. Remember? Everyone who wills can be saved. The will is what gets in most people’s way. Their own will.
So God needs people to choose people, because He’s limited. I mean He’d have to be God to be able to do that.
So no one was saved before the cross?
Why is he marvelling? Should he not realise God hasn't chosen some to salvation ? Doesn't Jesus know ?
