What did you prophesy when you were baptized?
You should worry about yourself, have you ever answered my question? Have YOU received the Holy Ghost since you have believed?
What did you prophesy when you were baptized?
The thief on the cross did not get physically baptized by John's or any other.I don't bost or speak of myself DID I DIE FOR YOU?
I don't demand anything from others its called free will.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED THE HOLY GHOST SINCE YOU HAVE BELEIVED?
I call Paul a doctor, he asked a question and sees the problem!!
AND fixes the problem of course THEY WERE HUMBLE AND SEEKING!
DO YOU PAY ANY ATTENTION AT ALL TO HIS DISCIPLES?? ANY???
Acts 19
King James Version
19 And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,
2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.
4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
JESUS IS THE WORD, ALL OF IT DO YOU PAY ANY ATTENTION TO HIM???
HAVE YOU???? HOW WERE YOU BAPTIZED????
The thief on the cross did not get physically baptized by John's or any other.

I see you are still confusing being born again with the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
In every case where people believed the Gospel they were baptized with the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 1:13
In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
As an example, Cornelius was already born again (spiritually alive) which is how he could hear Peter's message. Acts 10:2 The spiritually dead (those not reborn) cannot understand spiritual matters. One needs a spirit for the Holy Spirit to communicate to, this is why the "Spirit gives birth to spirit". Jn.3:6 We are spiritually dead at birth and need to be made spiritually alive. It is the first and most important step in our salvation otherwise we will never comprehend God's Kingdom or enter it.
1 Corinthians 2:14
But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
The problem is you have taken your experience and made it your theology rather than the full counsel of God's word and in doing so have twisted certain passages and have become blind to others.
I can only pray the eyes of your heart be enlightened because you are only robbing yourself of more grace to be given.
James 4:6
But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”
Then why do you keep asking me if I've been baptized if it's only my concern and none of yours?
And I have answered at least twice, post#2630 and #2649, you simply ignore what you don't want to hear.
Your failure to answer my question is noted and I'm guessing it's because you didn't prophesy you simply babbled away, no real language which is what speaking in tongues actually was, real human languages.
Fyi, in every case of people being reborn they were bapzied and received the Holy Ghost.
WHAT WAS THAT GOSPEL?
I don't have a theology!!!

"As an example, Cornelius was already born again (spiritually alive) which is how he could hear Peter's message. Acts 10:2 The spiritually dead (those not reborn) cannot understand spiritual matters.
i don't know where you quoted this from,
but i don't think you have noticed that it's saying Cornelius had already been reborn before Peter even came to talk to him, obviously before he was baptized.
so you've just given a Biblical example of being reborn that had everything to do with faith and nothing whatsoever to do with being immersed in H2O.
it's an example i haven't bothered to remind you of, because it is so obvious i was sure several people had already done so..
so i am glad to see you are aware of it, but puzzled why it hasn't clicked yet with you what this means.
I don't have a CLUE what your talking about? confusing BEING BORN AGAIN with the baptizm of the Holy Spirit?
SHOW ME THAT IS HIS WORD!!
I don't have nothing confused at all, being born again you have to get baptized in JESUS name and he needs to fill you with His spirit.
AND BAPTIZED IN JESUS NAME, NEED BOTH!!!
WHAT WAS THAT GOSPEL?
Peter knew HOW TO BE REBORN, so after they received the Holy Ghost like Peter did in Acts 2:4 HE KNEW THEY HAD TO BE BAPTIZED, SO HE COMMANDED THEM TO BE.
I don't have a theology!!! I just share HIS word. WHAT HAVE I TWISTED?
No reason to be concerned for me, I have follow what JESUS said to be reborn. I have been baptized in JESUS name and he FILLED ME WITH HIS SPIRIT. THAT IS WHY I'M HERE and NOT BACKING down on HIS WORD. I am steadfast planting seeds.
I'm dusting my feet, can only share scripture it's JESUS who opens people's eyes.
When I don't respond to you I'm not being rude just no reason to.
do you understand what that word means?
tho i think @sawdust meant more properly, your soteriology..

I didn't ask you if you have been baptized. I asked you "Have YOU received the Holy Ghost since you have believed? "
Matthew 12:31-32
King James Version
31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
You are on shaking ground.
It isn't what we do that saves us, it is Who we believe.
