For most of my life I have been the person the lost, person, animal, material item, has found it's way to me. When we go to Chuckie Cheese I know if it's crowded, a lost child is going to make their way crying by me and I'm going to look at them and ask, are you lost? Then we go on a manhunt for a parent or guardian. I'm not exaggerating this happens a lot, my Husband has noticed and my kid's.
I can't remember how many lost cat's or dogs have found me. When I lived in a big apartment complex in the city, I found homes for about 6 different cat's. Another townhouse I lived in, the neighbors kid and cat always looking in my back door. At least they had a home though.
Today I'm at a waterpark with my Daughter. This kid who was I'm guessing a very young 3, walks by me all dazed and confused. I watched him and he sits down close by, he's mumbling to himself, I'm wondering what he's doing. My Daughter came up and wanted to leave and I said wait I need see if that boy is okay. I just couldn't walk by him and leave, I would have worried about him. So I went up and asked if he was lost? Big cute face tears in his eyes, I miss my Mom, kid is bawling. I said, we will find her, it'll be okay. A few minutes go buy, this place was busy, I asked, what's your Moms name? He says Mom, that's actually pretty typical for someone that age to do that , even if he has said her name a million times. Then he says Mom is with Nana and she wears glasses and she's old, okay, well that's 75 percent of the people here, we did find mom and Nana very shortly after he told me that. They were very worried, so kid is fine. But this happens a lot.
Another time I'm 21 and at the mall, my Nephew is 5 at the time runs by me and says, hi Aunt Jen. He wasn't with me. He jumped on one of those ride things they have. He was alone, I'm looking for his Grandmother or my brother or his wife or somebody. I went up to him and asked him what he was doing? Of he course he asks me if I have a quarter? No, who are you with? Mom and Grandma. Where are they? Sears. Sears is all the way on the other side of the mall. I took him and we were walking and there's my poor Sister in law freaking out looking for him.
Now this shouldn't be a controversial question. Does this happen to anyone else? Is God trying to tell me something?
