James 4:10, humble yourself in the sight of the Lord, and he wil lift you up,,,, pride is the opposite of humble. Some beautiful thoughts came to me like butterflys , and it went something like this. When we feel in a place between a hard place, and a rock, or like a cocoon, it usually is a time of, being transformed, refined, or restored, renewed. A caterpillar is enlocked within it's cocoon, and grows, something happens there, wings develope, metamorphosis a change. It takes time to grow and mature in the Lord, when this happens , we will be set free, and the Lord lifts us up. When pride says you could do it on your own, then the struggle begins, but when we do say, Lord I need your help, we humble ourselves, before God. There are many verses where it speaks about , the Lord lifting us up, out of the miry clay, etc. I thought this is a good example of the time we grow, and mature in the fruits of the spirit, and are transformed into his image of Love,,,
