Their should be a make your own room button which allows you to make your own room and gather different people and you should have multiple cams on because i really hate grabbing the mic!!
 
that would only be effective if the rooms were private. otherwise there's no need to create new rooms since most of the rooms are usually empty anyways.
far as the multiple cams, that sounds like a disaster. people talking over each other constantly. people just sitting nonstop on cam because now they don't have to let up for others. its a bad enough headache with one cam.
but i do think the ability to make private rooms would be nice. i would be more likely to use the cam/mic feature in a small controlled setting rather than the chaos of an open room.
the ability to PM without being in the same room would be nice as well. i'm not in charge though, so just my opinions =D
 
This has been suggested in the past. It isn't really an option, it would cause all sorts of problems with moderation etc.

I have been to sites that allow you to make your own room, and it's actually really messy and ends up dividing the fellowship of the community.

This however, is simply my experience. I don't like the idea.
