Please pray that the marriage of John and Amanda is protected, healed, and restored. She is confiding in another man. Please pray that the Lord convict her heart, and bring her to her knees in repentance. She wanted to get back together three weeks ago, but has severed contact again. Pray that her heart is convicted to be my Godly wife. Pray that communication is restored, that the Lord prompts her to call me. Pray that the Lord delays no longer and brings my beloved back to me. Pray that she comes back soon, I need my helpmeet. I need encouragement here, a lot. I have been paralyzed over this separation, there is a restraining order against me, and therefore I cannot contact to her and minister to her. My hands are tied, and I am going insane from the loneliness. I do not trust my judgment anymore, I don’t trust my prayers anymore, please help us. I need someone to help me stand.
 
I am so sorry you are going through this. I can relate to your lonliness as my wife has asked for a divorce. You must turn to and remain faithful to God, prayer and studying His word. You can not control and probably not even infuence your wife right now. Sadly, some spouses turn away from their partners and to do so will turn from God. I always wonder if those who do that truly know God.

My wife told me even if Jesus Himself asked her not to divorce she would do it anyway. Marriage in our country and sadly within the body of believers is in a horrible state with no turn around in sight. For those of us who remain faithful to our marriages and more importantly to our Lord...we have our reward in heaven. We do not and can not surrender adherence to His word simply because it no longer fits our desires and wants.

Please remain faithful. The more you turn to Christ the more His Holy Spirit will reveal Himself as the Comforter. If your wifes mind is to be swayed at all may it be through witnessing the power of Christ in your life. You are a soldier who is now embattled. The battle ground is the mind of you and your wife and the state of your marriage. Put on the full armor of God and wage war. Now is not the time to waiver or grow weary.

I'm really sorry both of you are hurting. I know it's not the same, but I got dumped in a very painful way by my boyfriend. Rejection is so hurtful. It makes you doubt yourself. I ask myself all the time, "Why didn't he love me?" We should all agree to pray for healing for each other and then be committed to it.
 
Praying for you both in Jesus Christ is Lord, for a whole healing.

I just said a prayer for you. I know what you are going through. I went through the same thing earlier last week. I prayed and had my mother pray as well and I am happy to say I am now back home and my husband and I are good again and committed to working on our marriage. God is good! I now know I can trust in the Lord when I pray. I was very unsure of the outcome, but all is good now and it's because God answered my prayers. I know God will help you through this.
