WARNING: Long story
My husband and I met at Church camp in 1993. I was 11 and he was 15. I was watching my friends baby while she got her breakfast. My husband has always loved children and came over to talk to the baby. We started talking and became good friends through t he years. We did not live near each other so we only got to see each other once a year at camp. I had, like all young girls, dreamed of becoming more that just friends. In 2001 I took a trip to Kenya East Africa to be a missionary helper. While I was in Africa, we began chatting on-line. A friend had started going to the church my family attened and not long after I returned home we started dating. I was chatting with my husband one night and told him how excited I was to have my first "boy-friend". He replied that he was jealous (since he was single). I told him "You had your chance." He had no idea that I would be interested in a relationship with him. For several weeks, he would joke about "getting rid" of my boy friend. Then one day I told him that I knew that said boy friend was not the one God wanted me to marry. My husband and my older brother were friends and we had already planned for him to come visit our family and go see Star Wars II in the theater. While he was visiting, he asked me if I would like to be boy-friend/girl-friend. I told him that he had to ask my parents for permission first. So, right before he left for home, he asked my mom and dad if we could begin a realtionship. We "dated" for 5 months and then he proposed and we were married a little over 6 months later. And that was almost 8 years ago. We now have three beautiful children and are still very much in love. I love him more today than the day I said "yes!" or "I do."

My husband and I met when I was 15 and he was 26. There was an initial attraction, but out of respect for my very young age my husband kept his feeings to himself and did not approach me for a date. We remained very good but platonic friends for years until I turned 25 and was living on my own. He came to visit one day while he on the road for a business trip...he admit that he had feelings for me for years...and the rest is history.

I met my husband in the 2nd grade. My family moved away however, later as teenagers we found each other again by chance. We dated for a few weeks than broke up. I ended up see someone else and marrying him. After a really bad marriage to another, I divorced and met my now husband again by chance and we have been together ever since. Today marks our 3rd year wedding Ann. and we have been together for a total of 9 years.
