I heard that some towns in WV got hit again with flooding already. They say the ground was saturated so it didn't take much rain to flood.

This reminds me of one of our members who lives in Thailand. Last year his rainy season he said the water rose high and his property was like an island. I'm blanking on his name but hope he's ok.
