Matthew 5:48 ....Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Why would God tell us to be perfect if we could not do it? 2 Cor.13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. Looks to me God is desiring us to be perfect.....being perfected in{ HIM } Hebrew 13:21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever.
