Matthew 12:32??? Need help understanding

I was reading my bible this morning and came across this verse.

NLT Matthew 12:32 Anyone who speaks against the Son of Man can be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or the world to come.

My question is, wouldn't that be about the same thing? If they are both 2 parts of the Trinity? What is the difference?
Would this be like what Jehovah's Witnesses do by saying the Holy Spirit is not a person but just "God's active force"?

Jesus references the Holy Spirit in John 6:27, saying, "Do not work for food that perishes, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For God the Father has placed His seal of approval on Him."

Also, Ephesians 1:13 references Christ, saying, "And in Him you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, having heard and believed the word of the truth, the gospel of your salvation." and continues in the subject of Holy Spirit, saying, "The Spirit is the pledge of our inheritance unto the redemption of those who are God's possession, to the praise of His glory."

So, then, since Holy Spirit is the seal of approval that you have believed in Christ, do you see how speaking against it can never be forgiven? It is essentially speaking against your approval.

As Ephesians 4:30 reiterates by implication of a "lesser" (though one we should not take any less lightly) crime, saying, "And do not grieve the Holy Spirit, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption."
