Yes, the politicians are like waiters, serving the customers and they have chosen to serve those billionaires at the back promising the biggest tips.
You know they will sell one lot of property for millions of dollars, then the taxes will crush everyone who is left so they have no choice but to sell, but this time the price will be much lower. The government can take years to reassess property.

Short video finally surfaced of a parent trying to rescue his child from the Lahaina fire. The police blocked him and told him he was not allowed to go to his home to save him.

I'd argue everything including lethal force is justified in such a situation. If he'd killed all the police officers prohibiting his access in order to have a chance at saving his child and I were later on his jury for murder, I would have found him not guilty.
Police need to understand they are not God (or even gods), and their powers have limits. If they breach these limits, they become criminals, and for some crimes, death is a suitable penalty.

Criminals are now allowing owners of Lahaina to go back to their homes . Now they are showing more videos. The link above has just a few minutes of it.
VIdeo shows a petrified frog in mid leap.
This interesting phenomenon reminds me of the animals in permafrost with food still in their mouths. Some say it was an instantaneous freeze. I'm still not convinced. They could have died instantly from other causes, been preserved in that state and later covered by ice.
THere is melted glass, metals, yet wood left intact in the same locations.

One of the benefit of the corporate business registration is that the individual employees are immune from personal liability unless there's been a crime committed.
