like how he made a big flood that killed many people im sure there a better way than resulting from death

I agree. Your argument is not even challenging. We say that God is all good, and so no evil can come of him. So there was good to be had in the flood. Furthermore, when man sins, he is being less than what God intended him to be. Thus, God did not destroy man in the flood, man was simply getting his due. Sin results in destruction.

What if I could show you why God is necessary for the universe working the way it does?

The way the circle of life works, the water cycle, our breathing cycle, and evolution can not prove that.

There's one that says even if you go to the pits of hell God is with us, but I can't find the reference.
My God is my friend. I'm not a robot, I have free will. I don't love him because I have to; I love him because I want to.

There is no proof. There is no proof the wind exists but you see its power. I know God exists because of his power.
