My dad triggered me so now I'm at my grandpas trying not to have a meltdown. Would it be so hard for my mom to take me home? Would it really have been so hard for my mom to make up an exscuse to let me leave? Now I'm stuck here and miserable!! I just got my wisdom teeth taken out and I am so tempted to rip out my stitches and watch as the blood gushes from my mouth. I want that so bad.

I am angry at my family for not caring. I am angry at them because my mom said she would take me home in 15 minutes and she hasn't. I'm angry because they're all sitting out there while I'm in here doing everything I can not to rip out my stitches!! I HATE MY FAMILY!!!

It takes guts having wisdom teeth being pulled, and Even more guts to NOT rip out the stitches. You are a strong woman of God. You can beat the enemy with all your heart and soul. I know you can, I'm praying for you, message me if you want or need too.

What? Can God prevent bad things from happening to people? Sure He can, He is God. But He does allow bad things to happen, if you don't believe that then read the Book of Job. We are put in situations because God desires to test us to see how we respond to that situation.

Know you not that satan has no power at all. It is God that allows satan to do what he does. satan does not test us, he can care less about us, and if it were up to him, he would just kill every soul that is living in sin right this second. But it is God that does not allow satan to take lives.

satan fills a person to start a lie about you, and in a few weeks, that lie, that false rumor has cost you your job. Tell me, Did God know that you were going to lose that job because of a false rumor? Sure He knew. Could God have prevented it from ever happening? Sure He could He is God. But guess what. God allowed satan to do what he did, God allowed the rumor to get started, God allowed that person to get fired because of that false rumor. WHY? Because God wanted to see how that person would handle that situation, would that person curse God, would that person FAIL to LOVE the one who started the rumor, would that person turn away from God because they lose their job? Would that person have Faith that God may have something better for them? Will that person worry because they have no job or Trust God? God allows satan to do what he does to TEST us, to see how we will respond to the TESTS.

We see Scriptural proof of this testing. When Abraham was told to sacrifice his son, notice what God says to Abraham

Gen_22:12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.

So it was a TEST for Abraham, and God wanted to see if he would do it or not, that is why God says NOW I KNOW, this indicating that He did not know before that point. Free Will was given to us by God. Please read the article Does God Know Everything to better understand that topic.

You are assuming it is a test. Feelings the OP is speaking of are feelings of self loathing, these thoughts are not of God but of the enemy.

The Holy Spirit lives in you and YOU carry His presence wherever you go - especially among family members. You can affect whatever environment you are in more than it can affect you.

Expect peace to be in your heart - not fear of breaking down. God desires you to always be rooted in expectancy of His grace and power to calm your emotions. He is in you to give you the right words of wisdom, or the ability to accept what is said to you and remain at peace.

A good mantra for you to say to yourself at those times is "All will be well - this is but a moment". And, indeed, the Lord will work out all things in your life for your good.

When I read your OP, I thought it might be that the pain meds were having a bad effect on your mind. Pain meds can do that sometimes. A particular medicine might not agree with you.

When I had my wisdom teeth taken out, I didn't feel any pain when it was over, and so I didn't take the pain meds. it didn't make sense that it wouldn't hurt, but it didn't. I try not to take medication unless I need it.

A test from GOD? humm...I wonder if that is the only thing we can come up with at the time to share. I do not see GOD as a tester...I do not see GOD putting upsets in front of us just to see how we can handle them..HE already knows our personalities. What you are going through is called L.I.F.E. How we deal with L.I.F.E shows the real stuff we are made of. Do you know anyone who says "GOD..give me more abuse, more anquish and more calamities to make me much stronger!"? NO....all peoples face incredible, seemingly insermountable obsticles as we go down the road of L.I.F.E...but a CHRISTIAN has an advantage..a heavenly Father, a son named JESUS and a Comforter called the Holy Spirit that can be utilized, many times bringing instant healings, or deliverances and stamina to bare what L.I.F.E dishes out to us. I find comfort in reading the BIBLE and taking time to be alone with my Savior when I feel frustrated...try it..you just may find that your 'problems' can be solved easier than letting the internet know your thoughts...when you have a Creator that is standing there for you..waiting for you to fall into His arms and tell HIM your sorrows...do not use the internet as a substitute.

It is clear you have not read the Bible very many times. The sole purpose of evil nations around Israel in those days was to punish Israel when they did wrong. The sole purpose of the Pharaoh being born in the days of Moses was so God could use him to show His power through, and it was God who hardened the Pharaohs heart NOT to listen to Moses. And there are many more examples, these two are just off the top of my head.

Know you not that God, according to the Word of God, creates evil.

Isa_45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

So it would seem that Scriptures proves you to be misguided to believe as you do.

Feelings of self loathing are not of God, you are correct, this is failing the test. There was a situation that happened, and that situation is the test, The person who is self loathing because of the testing, is not handling the test in a Godly way.
