I do want to be closer to God and content it's just hard to admit that when everything else I care about or wanted is being destroyed.
I think that this sermon will bring some understanding and peace into your heart and mind:

sorry for dumping so much I am just genuinely sharing XD I find it encouraging to see more christians be open about the uglier sides of things so they know they aren't alone, that is what has always helped me. But sorry if anythign is too heavy.
There is no need for you to apologize. I understand what you are going through. Your post brought this verse of scripture to my mind:

Proverbs 13:12

12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.

Ciicii, delay is not denial. God's timing is perfect, and I do believe that we can help to expedite our deliverance, healing, or restoration if we respond properly in the midst of our trials and tribulations. If you listen to the sermon that I linked to, then you will understand what I mean.

You are in my prayers.

I am going to listen to this today

Proverbs 13:12

[]12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.[/]
I may have to read through this again, or just pray I am not sure, my mind goes to (if he knows it makes the heart sick then why let hope be deferred anyway?)

I think of Moses, yes he is still in heaven but he never saw the promise land because of his lash out. I keep on wondering if that is me somehow, making the same mistake as him.

Anyway yes I am going to listen to the sermon and hopefully I will get some insight, thanks for sharing the link.

if we respond properly
Yeah that is the thing, I am not sure what properly is anymore XD. I know we are to lean on God's understanding over our own. But I still always have second thoughts, I know we are not perfect and cover in the blood of Christ (Amen for that). I suppose my mind just like to circle, but I believe you because your words align with scripture where as my worries do not. Need to take my thoughts captive better lol

If you listen to the other sermon that I gave you a link to on your profile page, then I honestly believe that you will find the answer to this legitimate question. God knows what he's doing, and I believe that sermon will give you tremendous insight where his workings, and the timings thereof, in your life are concerned.

Scripture is foundational to our beliefs, and that is why I regularly include it in my posts. Don't ever take any of my suggestions seriously unless they properly align with God's written and revealed word. You are going to make it through this ordeal, like gold that has been purified by fire. Of this, I am confident.

Amen, yes i am going to listen to the sermon now. I need to relax, today was a bit heated. And thank you, that is why i love your insight, because there is always scripture included that I can go back to and reference to make sure everything is aligned. I need that right now than like doing it myself tbh.
I have very little brain width these days

I was going to ask if you had heard anything back yet, I am going to continue to pray, please let me know if there are specifics I can add to the prayer as well!
I just heard back, and I did not get the job. They promoted the Assistant Manager in that department to the Manager, but now the Assistant Manager's job is open. They are going to post it on the company website this Friday. God willing, I will apply for that job then. I am kind of bummed, but I just have to trust that God knows what he is doing.

Father God please be with me as I make this prayer, that it is true to you even though it is public.

I am praying for my brother whohas been helping me and others so much, and that you will help him get a new position, one that offers stability. I am prayign that you will give him strength so he can continue to push forward and listen to you and yoru guidacne. I knwo that when we lean on you you will make our paths straihgt, that is a promise you have given to us so I pray that you will not forget "P" and hear him.

I knwo myself going thorugh a job that has taken so much out of me, praying and givign it to you was the best thing that has ever happened to me. And I am prayign Lord that this prayer can serve as the prayers my church gave me. And That I or anyone else in "P's" life can be used to offer more positions available to him so he can eb free of where he is right now.

But while he is still in this position, pleas elet him rememebr that we are to do all things as though unto you Lord. Allow him to take pride in his work, and be energized day by day as you give him his daily bread. And allow him to rememebr that you are with him even thought is may not feel like it.

Please Lord it is all in your timing, but if I may Lord. Father I pray you will give my brother a swift release if you are willing Lord. But more importantly allow my brother and myself to trust you more than ever before, and to keep our eyes on you Lord. All my brother to focus on you Lord and provide him with everything that he needs just for today and let tomorrow be it's own trouble Lord.

In Jesus name I pray,
Amen - Thank You Lord.

Thank you. Just knowing that others are praying or have prayed for me brings some comfort to my soul. Yesterday was tough, and I came very close to crying, but today is a new day.

In the midst of yesterday's disappointment, I did speak to my co-worker a few times, and he was sober for a change. I did have the opportunity to share the gospel with him. Although he offered some resistance to it, he definitely listened to what I had to say, and he certainly seems to be pondering his own mortality and the possibility of an afterlife. If you knew him, then you would understand why I am so shocked that we are discussing things like Jesus and the Bible. All that he ever spoke to me about before was his sexual conquests, and he pretty regularly takes Jesus' name in vain. I will have to wait and see how this all plays out, but at least good seed is being planted, and I honestly never thought that I would be the one planting it. For that, I am certainly grateful to God.

Yesterday, I saw something on one of your threads that you said about your husband. Something about how he claimed that his own sexual condition had been repressed since his childhood. I know that you called the example that he gave "nonsense," and you may be totally correct. I am wondering though if you have any idea as to what might have truly opened the door to his behavior. I am asking because I do believe that everything has to start somewhere, and knowing where might help me to pray for him more effectively.

Turning back to my job for a second, I am facing a rather hectic schedule starting tomorrow, so I probably won't be posting here too much. I am scheduled to work long days this Thursday through Sunday, and then again from next Tuesday through Friday, so I will be working 8 out of the next 9 days. Next week's schedule is different than normal because that Saturday is a holiday, the 4th of July, over here in America, and it never really pays to work on holidays because people are barbecuing and spending time with their families and friends, and not really shopping. I am not looking forward to my schedule, but like you prayed, I will take it one day at a time. Thanks again for your prayers.

Yesterday was tough
I am glad you have some comfort know you are not alone God is with you and we are with you too. I am so sorry that yesterday was tough. I too had a rather bad day. I will spare the details. But I was able to watch two of the three sermons and they helped a lot.

And yes today is a new day, it has always helped me to reflect back on yesterday and then realize I am still here today. It is always slow -_- but you are going to get through this.

As a personal testimony (and I am only sharing this because I think it will be useful) I worked the same job for three years and it has been very toxic, I would get constant phone calls all through out the day and night, expected to come 2hrs early with little to no notice. never given any staff which meant I was stuck doing all the heavy duty cleaning on my own with less time than I actually had and deliveries three days a week by myself.
I don't think I have ever broken down so much in my life, especially when I was blamed for any inspection that came up even though I was never given staff or the proper tools to clean anything to standard. None of that mattered, and the work motto for all shifts was to just do don't ask. Most people who were praised were only praised because they made sure to stay behind and their work off the clock whereas I was not willing to do that.
But now looking back I am seeing all that stress in such a vile environment that was not professional at all, and know that the next opportunity moving forward, I am going to be able to handle it, and also fight for myself.
Hearing your crazy hours, still making what you need in a job all commission based (uncertainty), doing that you will be able to look back and see how much more God was with you so you can lean on him even harder on the next job that He has prepared you for that Lord willing will be more stable and easy on your nervous system. But you will be more prepared than ever.

Who knows maybe during these hours you will meet someone who likes your work ethic and hires you, you really never know.
seems to be pondering his own mortality and the possibility of an afterlife.
That is amazing, I will take your word for it, but it is always the most unlikely that the Lord saves. I am so happy that that seed has been planted and pray you will be able to see his salvation come into his life before you get your next job. I am excited to hear about when you apply for the assistant manager position.

I am wondering though if you have any idea as to what might have truly opened the door to his behavior.
He has issues with confronting things. He doesn't like pain and cowers all the time. I don't mean that to degrade him, but when there is something that is clearly wrong he doesn't fight against it, he just let's it slide and says "it isn't worth it". Right now him changign his sexuality and all that has nothing to do with him embracing that life style, it has to do with him tryign to reduce the pain.

Even when he wanted to stay married he was still willing to divorce me because there were two pains he was suffering through and I was the only one he could get rid of he couldn't 'get ride' of the thoughts in his head. (his words). He (like you said) need a pair, he needs discernment and a heavy conviction between right and wrong.
Everything he believed to be right he threw away because it went against what he was feel and didn't want that conviction. I hope that helps. There are a lot of things in his childhood that has been neglected, and honestly he has always hated himself.
he tried to kill himself in high school but the attempt failed so he just went to school and didn't talk about it again. But there are other traumas that have happened like unforgiveness towards his father (attempt of murder against mother, narcissism and also started a new family with zero contact). He has always decided to repress that and not talk about it and ignore it and pretend to be happy.

Like my husband will never be able to love me because he hates himself. He treats me like he hates me and is violating everything that I am and our marriage is because he has no love for himself.

EPHESIANS 5:28
In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.

Thank you for praying for him, our marriage will end sooner than expected though. His 'friends' have made that very clear from last night when they wanted him to kick me out bc I asked him not to be loud after 12am (that was apparently an unrealistic request). Every sense is being warped right now.

hectic schedule starting tomorrow, so I probably won't be posting here too much.
That is fine I am glad you at least have work, I am very grateful for that and hope your week goes by swiftly. I know one of my friends had a show we watched every week and that was what I looked forward too. and then the next day we would send a quick text of what we thought. Maybe you can find something like that to do with a friend to make the week go by quicker. Of course also with bible study and prayer. But have something recreational as well okay? We all need rest.
Thanks again for your prayers.
Thank you for the prayers as well. I wanted to send my thoughts on the sermons I listened too but like I said yesterday wasn't the best. But please know that they did help a lot especially about surrender but you were right it was better in the opposite direction. Learning about trials and preparation.

It gave me a lot of hope for what is to come, what I could possibly be being prepared for that will bring peace and honestly a sense of no doubt that I am the Lord's. There was a lot of good stuff I will be tucking these sermons away for sure.

I am glad you have some comfort know you are not alone God is with you and we are with you too. I am so sorry that yesterday was tough.
Thank you, and I should add that I understand the need for sorrow at times. As Solomon so wisely said:

Ecclesiastes 7:3

3 Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.

I trust that my heart is being made better by God through my trials. It doesn't feel too good at the moment, but I do believe that it will ultimately yield beneficial and more peaceful results.
I too had a rather bad day. I will spare the details. But I was able to watch two of the three sermons and they helped a lot.
I am sorry for the first part, but happy about the second part.

In my own life, he might be the most unlikely of the most unlikely. Not to judge him, but I had never seen even a modicum of morality in him before or any interest in it whatsoever. However, as I have been listening to him open up about his own life, I can now understand why he presently is the way that he is. Hopefully, he will eventually find new life in Christ. It's amazing what we can learn about others, if we simply are willing to listen to them speak.

That does help a lot. Thank you. It seems to me that he is seeking a new life and identity by changing his sexuality when both can only truly be found in Christ. I believe that I know how to better pray for him now, so thank you again.

Should your marriage formally end, I hope that you will have someone to physically help you to get through it. Like a friend, relative, or church member who can offer you some support in person. Yes, we are admonished in scripture to love others as we love ourselves. If we hate ourselves, then it is likely that hatred will be projected towards others as well. I am pretty sure that I suggested to you in the past that people cannot give us what they are lacking themselves, and this is what I was referring to. If you realize this, and you apparently do, then it might help to take a little bit of the personal pain away from you. In other words, it's not just you that he hates, but himself, more than likely others as well, and ultimately God. Only a new birth and new heart or spirit can change any of that, and I will pray that he finds that in Christ.

Judging by how frequently my co-worker and I have been talking lately, I am pretty sure that those types of conversations will use up my free time. It's a worthwhile investment with potential eternal dividends.

Early yesterday morning, I was looking for a sermon or sermons that might help you, and I listened to the one on "surrender" first. When I later heard the one on "preparation," I figured that it should be listened to first. It is easier to surrender when we have some sort of idea what is actually happening from God's perspective. If you eventually listen to the third sermon, then I think that you will find more encouragement there. Please don't feel obligated to respond to this post, as I have taken up so much of your time already.

As always, both you and your husband are in my prayers. God bless you.

Amen amen and amen. It is great to hear that, I know it is still tough and all I don't mean to make that seem small. but you seem to have a hope and peace beyond understanding which is phenomenal.

And thanks for the prayers too and I am grateful you have taken thought and time into praying for us both. I am not scared of anything else though I will be staying in the apartment I actually make enough to afford it on my own so I am somehow by God's grace fine. And my church is very small but have all been so helpful and very hands on so I have no fear in that department, I never did amazingly. it was and has always jut been the marriage itself.

eternal dividends.

lol, I this term made me laugh XD But I pray you still get rest, and glad he has a friend like you.

i will listen to the third one soon. God bless and you are in my prayers

Thank you, yes I have been very blessed. Also I didn't realize you said I sounded like the sermon that was no on purpose but I am so glad it shows God is working on my heart so thank you for pointing that out XD.

all joking aside ૮₍ ˃ ⤙ ˂ ₎ა take care of yourself though!

I am praying you continue to build a support system if you do not have one already.

What "Captain America" movie was that line from? I have seen a few of them, but I don't recall that line. I'm not doubting that he said it, but I am just wondering where.
I am praying you continue to build a support system if you do not have one already.
Throughout my Christian walk, my only support system, aside from some rare encouragement from other Christians, has been Christ himself, the Rock upon whom my life is built. Don't feel sorry for me because I truly am okay, but that is the truth and part of the reason why I have shown so much concern towards you. Paul said:

2 Corinthians 1:3-5

Comfort in Suffering

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ.

Ciicii, I have been through tremendous trials in my life. Although I was never suicidal, I have genuinely wished that I had never been born at times, and I have also asked God to kill me at times because my trials were so severe, and I had no human support whatsoever. Having made it through those trials, often by the skin of my teeth, I would never want anybody else to have to endure great trials of their own without offering them my human support. Obviously, Christ alone was sufficient for me to make it through or else I wouldn't be here typing right now, but I really could have used another human being to talk to at those times. I am feeling more confident that you are okay without my support, but I am here if you need me, and it has been a pleasure to watch you grow stronger every day. You will make it through.

What "Captain America" movie was that line from? I have seen a few of them, but I don't recall that line. I'm not doubting that he said it, but I am just wondering where.
I had to look it up, but it is from Avengers: Age of Ultron and the exact quote is "you get hurt, hurt 'em back. If you get killed ... walk it off." lol
Throughout my Christian walk, my only support system, aside from some rare encouragement from other Christians, has been Christ himself, the Rock upon whom my life is built. Don't feel sorry for me because I truly am okay, but that is the truth and part of the reason why I have shown so much concern towards you.
Thank you and please don't think I am pitying you I don't mean it in that way at all. I am just praying you have a support system of other Christian because I know God says that is good. "it is not good for man to be alone," - arguable probably one of my favorite verses.
What I want for you is what I would want for myself is all. I know our first support is always going to be God though and glad you have that. That is why I am not scared for you or honestly myself.

I am very sorry for the mental states you have been through, I have been in similar places I wouldn't' wish it on anyone, I am glad you had the Lord to carry you through though, I don't think we were made to be that strong but the Lord has given you his strength to endure. Praise the Lord for that.

Thank you for offering help too, if there is ever something that I need help and don't know where to go I will remember your offer. But as of now you're spiritual support of the past few days has been tremendous and so quick, the Lord works quickly truly. I can already see that some things are changing, not for the best maybe on a personal level, but for the best in God's way. I was able to list my gratitudes today, some prayers were answered with consistency and more indepth prayer. I am very grateful for that.

And it is because of my daily conversations with you and others on the chat that have given me that power. And I am so grateful for you openness (and your movie recs, I can't wait for us to swap another movie honestly, it was something innocent to look forward to which I have not had in a long time or at least nto as often as I would like over the year).

anyway back to you though (sorry i try to use myself as an example to connect but sometimes it just comes accross as me talking about myself I do not mean to do that)

Yes My grace is sufficient for you, it is a great reminder and you have and are constantly living that. It is almost against my nature (the flesh) to just believe that, but I do and it warms my heart. I am glad you aren't alone. and if there is anything I can ever do please also let me know.

It's weird, but I had a feeling it was going to be from that movie. That is one "Avengers" movie that I have not seen. Honestly, Captain America is one of my least favorite Avengers, but from a strictly cinematic point of view, I think that "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" was one of the best "Avenger" movies that I have ever seen. There goes that cinematic mind of mine again.
Thank you and please don't think I am pitying you I don't mean it in that way at all.
I don't honestly think that you are pitying me, and I totally get what you are saying. I just want to make sure that my comments don't sound like me having a pity party. I am just trying to give you a little insight into what makes me tick. Again, although it is not an actual picture of me, my profile picture basically tells my life story. Just a silhouette of a man, in that hardly anybody truly knows me, normally alone in a dark world, looking upward for some divine guidance or light. Hardly the script for an "Avengers" movie. Unless Thor hits me over the head with his hammer while I am looking upward.🤣

I am certainly open to that. Do you know what is weird? Last night, my co-worker, the 24-year-old habitual fornicator, was giving me movie recommendations. Here's the weird part. All of the movies he was recommending were romance movies. Like clean romance movies about love. I was like, "You watch romance movies?" Apparently, he does, all of the time. I am having a hard time making the correlation in my mind between the way he views and treats women and romance movies. But, yea, I am up for another movie recommendation from you.

I agree on winter soldier being the best one for sure.

I understand, my profile is ... the only one I had on hand XD I don't take a lot of picks but the sparkles is literally just me and my innocence. I have big feelings but the innocence gets me in trouble a lot of the time.
do you like art, describing your profile I feel like maybe you might but idk (just a random question I have no art suggestions for you XD)

Honestly I get it, some people who want to do good or be viewed as good just lash out and do the opposite. one of my sisters is like that. She is not a good person and very unstable, but when she does talk out of frustration she is just very insecure and wants people to respect her, but she ends up disrespecting everyone else instead.
That might be like your friend, he really wants love but maybe doesn't think he can have it so he treats women poorly as a way of self soothing, he might not even see the irony honestly.

On an off hand I recently heard that men enjoy reading romance novels too but they hate the male tropes since they are unrealistic. I did not know that. I am a writer but I would really like to get into that niche, dark christian romance for a male audience. Maybe you can ask him what he likes about them.

Do you like romance movies? what is your fav genre of movies?

Hmm Idk any movie recs ... the first one that came to mind was the bigomist, but idk if you would like it tbh.

let me know what you are up for watching, or we can try to find a new movie XD also what clean romances was he suggesting?
I am not going to lie on really sad days my go to is twilight because it is 100% clean, even no sex before marriage it is great. XD

I agree on winter soldier being the best one for sure.
I think "Bucky" was the real star of that film.
I understand, my profile is ... the only one I had on h.and XD I don't take a lot of picks but the sparkles is literally just me and my innocence. I have big feelings but the innocence gets me in trouble a lot of the time.
I just clicked on it to enlarge it. and it almost looks as if you have lights in your hair. Is something lit up behind you? Innocence in what sense? Like naivety, as in being too trusting, or something else? There's an important line about trusting no one in the movie "The Robe." Important in the sense that the opposite ultimately turns out to be necessary.
do you like art, describing your profile I feel like maybe you might but idk (just a random question I have no art suggestions for you XD)
If you mean paintings, sculptures, and things like that, then not really. I do like certain types of photography and drawings though.
That might be like your friend, he really wants love but maybe doesn't think he can have it so he treats women poorly as a way of self soothing, he might not even see the irony honestly.
That's possible. The more he opens up to me, which is kind of weird in that I am not used to guys doing that with me, the more I learn of some deep past hurts. So far, they seem to be more related to his father, but there is definitely more there than that.

I had to look up "tropes" to see what it means. I know a lot about writing, but for some reason that word escaped me. The closest thing to a romance novel that I have ever read is probably "The Song of Solomon" in the Bible. You seem to like "dark" writings and movies. I will come back to that in a minute. I am guessing that he likes them because a part of him desires a monogamous relationship. I have definitely been trying to influence him in that direction.
Do you like romance movies? what is your fav genre of movies?
That depends. If you mean like a Hallmark movie, then probably not. I don't know that I have a favorite genre of movies, but I definitely tend to watch movies that teach me about the human psyche or condition in some way. That could go in many different directions. For example, speaking of "dark" movies, I did enjoy watching "The Batman," even though there were certain things in that movie that I would normally never watch. Without giving any real spoilers in case you haven't seen it yourself, the movie does a very good job of showing how things from our past can greatly affect our present, and also our future, if they are not recognized and addressed. If you haven't seen that movie, then I think that you would like it because there is definitely a "dark" feeling throughout the entirety of the movie. Do be warned though that there is a pretty lot of violence in it, which I normally would not watch in and of itself. Sticking with the theme of the human condition, sure, I could like certain romance movies. However, if they are presenting sinful things as if they are to be embraced, then I won't watch them. For example, I have started watching movies that seemed to promote things like adultery and homosexuality, and I immediately stopped watching them. Fornication is iffy. If it is initially presented as something that is done out of ignorance and then leads to marriage based on genuine love, then I might watch it. However, if it is just presented as a normal sinful lifestyle, then I won't. I actually like to watch documentaries at times. Recently, I have watched the first four parts of a nine part documentary on WWII, narrated by Tom Hanks. Not because I like war, but because it reminds me of how fallen this world truly is and how evilly men can behave towards each other. I also like to watch videos at times about Creationism or maybe even dinosaurs, from a Christian perspective. Turning back to movies, I can pretty much watch something from any genre, except horror, if it does a good job of showing the workings of the human psyche in some manner. Sorry for such a long response, but my movie watching is kind of all over the place.
Hmm Idk any movie recs ... the first one that came to mind was the bigomist, but idk if you would like it tbh.
Honestly, I don't know if I could watch a movie about bigamy. 🫣
let me know what you are up for watching, or we can try to find a new movie XD also what clean romances was he suggesting?
I am not going to lie on really sad days my go to is twilight because it is 100% clean, even no sex before marriage it is great. XD
You probably have a better idea of what I like to watch by now. Basically, anything that promotes genuine love or teaches me anything useful about the human psyche or condition. Those types of things are useful to me in Christian ministry. I really don't like to put anything in me that I don't want to come out of me. He suggested some movies that I had never heard of. I did watch the trailers for some of them on YouTube, but they had a lot of back stories about family tragedies in them. I get the feeling that he is drawn to those types of movies because of his own upbringing. The romance part seemed almost like an afterthought. The only one that he suggested that I was familiar with was "The map that leads to you." I think that is the name of it, and I did already see that movie. That is one of those movies that had some fornication in it, but it led to a loving relationship. It was okay, but I have seen better movies than that. I never watched any of the Twilight movies, so I cannot comment on them.

I think "Bucky" was the real star of that film.
yes bucky is my favorite!!!! He was so good I love him so much, his story is tragic but liek his healing journey great and pretty accurate to actual ptsd which was respectable.

No there is like a warm light (my lamp) behind me but it is just gliter I put around my head as a drawing later idk.
And yeah I think becuase I have a desire to have a good clean life I tend to trust people and give them the benefit fo the doubt when i know I shouldn't. and then also just naivety. I get really upset when people do bad things. like it is sinful but my heart is genuinely like a child and I just follow God and know it's wrong because God said so. that answer has always been enough for me (liek i do have a head on my shoulder for deep study so i know when people are using scripture out of context or abusing it) but in the end when someone steals for example I just think it is rude and bad and that's it.
I get excited over cheap magic tricks cause i think just enjoying life is better and smiling is better. I really want to get back to that. I get a bit bothered since it doesn't take much to impress me, and people say i have low standards, but i am genuinely just grateful and i think feel things a lot more intensely than average. Like those videos with hope in humanity and animals are helping each other or a kid helps someone on the street, i cry so much every time because it is just good yk? i love it so much!
But now I also don't trust anyone either that is true. I still don't know how good that is but i know we are told to be as wise as serpant and harmless as doves os maybe that is something God is changing in me for the better??? i have not thought about it.

the robe? okay i will add it to my list.

XD SOS that is fair, I liked doing studies on that book i found very beautiful but also little nervracking ngl. let's leave at that. It does teach a lot about how to treat each other and not feel shame about how the Lord designed us which I did like. we got to see the beauty of sexuality instead of the preversness of it.

I like either dark romances (they have to be christian though) or the classic pride and prejudice is my favorite with rebecca as a close second. And idk I like dark movies for the same reason you do. I like the commentary on human psych because it is neglected a lot of the time and I think people need more 'ugly prayers' with being shamed. and it is easier to share or be the person to listen if you already are exposed to thinking that way, about the controversial part that the church doesn't really address, if that makes sense.

and yes i will put my hand in to vote for monogamy XD I am rooting for you.
"The Batman,"
I did see the batman movies I really liked them, they were more than just super hero movies for sure! I can see why you would like them.
I also agree about the modern movies, I have to turn a lot of them off which is why I just watch older movies now.
I actually like to watch documentaries at times. Recently, I have watched the first four parts of a nine part documentary on WWII, narrated by Tom Hanks.
NO WAY IT IS OUT I didn't know!!! ever since I saw the trailer I have been wanting to watch there series. I just finished a book calle dblack sun it is a break down of ww2 and the occult beleifs and practicis of neo nazism and a bunch of other stuff. it was so good but I know it was becuase I have been waiting this documentary. I love documentaries and mocumentaries they are fun too. XD if you ever have time look up mermaids: a body found, it is a wiled time (it a mocumentary but so fun)

thank you for mentioning the ww2 one with tom hanks though i am going to have to look for it. You may also like a youtube channel called creation ministries - https://www.youtube.com/@creationministriesintl

and answers in genesis - https://www.youtube.com/@answersingenesis

I love that they bring professionals in to explain everything it is really something special!

hmm as for recommednations based on what you like ... ( i am thinking )

- i mean one flew over the cuckoos nest is one
the only other one i can think of is black swan but it's not clean i haven't watched it in some time and it is kind of scary. not a horror but she is losing her mind as she snaps under the pressure of beign a prefessional dancer and no self worth. it is a lot.

oh!!! interstellar you might like that one it is long though.
Honestly, I don't know if I could watch a movie about bigamy. 🫣
that is fair, it is tough to get through, but i enjoyed it because the angle was about the pain behind it not endorsing it.

"The map that leads to you."
never heard of it, but i understand the family tragedy stuff. I grew up with a lot of those and it makes you think so much drama in a house is normal. i found it very toxic. So i try not to watch stuff like that either. as for twilight ... you won't like it XD

I like the 3rd adam series by spencer smith on youtube they are documentaries breaking down the divine feminine and this practice hidden in plan sight and even some churches. it is a good disclosure series you may like that when you are in the mood for a movie and christian ministry, it is more documentary style.

i am genuinely just grateful and i think feel things a lot more intensely than average. Like those videos with hope in humanity and animals are helping each other or a kid helps someone on the street, i cry so much every time because it is just good yk? i love it so much!
I do know. I'm a bit of an anomaly myself because I am a very tenderhearted guy. Those types of videos get me every time.
But now I also don't trust anyone either that is true. I still don't know how good that is but i know we are told to be as wise as serpant and harmless as doves os maybe that is something God is chausnging in me for the better??? i have not thought about it.
I think that trust needs to be earned over a period of time and with a lot of prayer and discernment too.
the robe? okay i will add it to my list.
I think I already sent you a link to that the other day. Along with Ben-Hur.
I did see the batman movies I really liked them, they were more than just super hero movies for sure!
I was specifically referring to the movie "The Batman" that came out in 2022. Robert Pattinson, from the "Twilight" movies, played Batman. Have you seen that one? I think Part 2 is being released this October.
NO WAY IT IS OUT I didn't know!!! ever since I saw the trailer I have been wanting to watch there series.
It came out not too long ago. You can watch the first three parts for free here:

If you do decide to watch it and you like it, then I can provide you with additional links to watch the other parts for free.
i mean one flew over the cuckoos nest is one
I've seen that movie. That one was sad. :(
