Part of the quote you are complaining about seems to include the fifteenth verse as well as the sixteenth. Otherwise, I see no problem with it. Here is what my Bible says:
[15] And he said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation.
[16] He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.” Mark 16:15-16 RSV
Well, two things wrong with this OP.
First, he got the verse mixed up. Should he be reported for this crime? Or should we accept that he is human and we too, will make mistakes one day, and not realize it soon enough to change before the 5 minute limit expires.
Second, he is quoting a highly disputed passage from a version that is filled with errors, because the manuscripts it used were from such a late date, and had so many copiest errors. And the translators had wrong information about the meanings of the words. I can compare the Greek in almost any passage in the KJV NT and find errors - most simple and not important, but errors none the less.
Finally, if someone really makes a major mistake, then simply post the right version, just like Magenta did. I went and read the Greek and quite a few versions are good translations of Mark 16:15-16. But the final word is definitely "condemned" not damned, as KJV says. Look it up in BAGD if you want to check. (Forget Strong's, which is a backwards translation of KJV - it is always going to agree with KJV, because it is based on it!)
And do try and use verses which are accepted, not disputed verses like the longer ending of Mark, please! I could get heavily into why these last verses simply are not a part of Mark, and will if someone asks, but suffice it to say, there are excellent reasons why Mark 16:9-16 are not part of the original autograph.

I don't care if he made a mistake and I actually think the person did it on purpose. The fact is that the Bible says we are without excuse and another reason we are without excuse is:
James 3:1 Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.
The KJV actually uses the word "condemnation" when it should be "judgment".
I actually know that the word "damned" means "condemned" and I read the KJV and my church teaches the actual meaning too.
The other issue is that he is asking leading questions because he knows what he is doing. It isn't like he is making a mistake. And he professes a knowledge of greek and professes to tell me about the integrity of the scriptures so that makes him a hypocrite and I expect better.
The other issue is that the user never said, "sorry" or "I made a mistake" which tells me he knows what he is doing.
And I've been lied to before so I don't believe that people are born innocent.

Some people won't come to God because people convey God like Zeus who is angry with a lightning bolt and they convey a God who is going to strike people with it.
Luke 9:54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?

James and John were called the sons of thunder because they were angry and wanted to call down fire upon people.
Luke 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he (God) is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
Luke 6:36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Luke 13:2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?
Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

So basically you are angry with me and the Bible doesn't say that God is angry with me.
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Why was that? Because God was angry with us? No.
Moses was angry. He struck the rock twice and God only told Moses to strike the rock once. God told Moses to speak to the rock. And because Moses was angry, Moses misrepresented God and ruined a symbol of Christ in the Bible so Moses didn't enter the promised land until he was dead. My prayer is that you learn from God's word.
