I wouldn't count on that. Massachusetts is a blue state full of nutjobs, communists, and ne'er-do-wells so she may not be convicted of any crime at all in the end. They might even run her for some public office on the democrat ticket since she's so popular among liberals. Right after her book deal and movie deal.

The democrats have a long history of believing murder is not wrong, unless of course it's a democrat getting murdered then in that case they are against it of course.

The problem is, the UK has a 42% divorce rate and 65% of those separations are initiated by women. There is little doubt that the same rules will apply to unmarried couples who break up.

If women have all the financial leverage, then men can never truly fulfill their role as head of the household. Instead, they become pay-pigs and slave labor, ever fearful that their homes, their children and their savings will be taken away from them.

Men have responded with brutal efficiency. In the span of only a few years, women are discovering the well of available suitors has gone dry. Ladies looking for "high value" partners willing to get married are hitting a brick wall. Surveys now project that 45% of all women ages 25 - 44 in the US will be single and childless by 2030. The female loneliness epidemic has already started.

The reason? Political divides are one cause, but the behavior of feminists in general has led to their downfall. That is to say, for men the juice is no longer worth the squeeze. Over 50 years ago, getting married had benefits; women used to be homemakers and nurturers of family. Today, many women believe that they don't need to bring anything to the table; simply allowing men to toil in their presence is treated as a privilege.

You know taking a bit of time and delving deeper there are some weird things here.

The one that is really troubling is the fact that her body temperature was 82. 1 at the hospital.
Physicians have stated given the temperature outside being 35 degrees, would take over an hour to reach that state of hypothermia.
Yet allegedly he was back at the house in 35 minutes.

Other weird things....
-Allegedly a woman with a hormone problem was given psychiatric drugs that are known to cause thoughts of suicidal and homicidal ideation.
-Allegedly she told her husband she had done it.
- Allegedly the knife had no prints of hers on it and she had no blood on her outside
- Allegedly his DNA was on the bands not hers, it does seem he had a change of clothes when visiting the pharmacy and then going to the restaurant to pick up food.
- Allegedly he told the police she had done it when she could not speak and was unconscious and allegedly the police told the health care staff who told her she had done it when she regained consciousness.

I do really wonder if the allegations of an affair are true while they were still married, surely someone out there would know, yet the defense did not pursue it which is interesting too.

You know what I reckon, a person called to jury duty agrees to follow the law and the charges of the judge.

Allegedly one juror admitted to reasonable doubt but did not want to apply the law.

Reasonable doubt goes far beyond the judges orders.
If I'm on a jury and I have reasonable doubt that they are actually guilty then the activist judge can go pound sand

Liberal activist judges all want liberal criminals to go free. Liberals support murdering babies in the womb so it was just a matter of time before they all started supporting murdering people after they have been born. Next they will be trying to murder all who are not liberals like they are. They learned this from their communist handlers.

In other words, the judge cannot legally instruct me as a juror to vote not guilty if I have reasonable doubt that they are actually guilty

That would require jurors to be good communists and vote how they are told to vote.

The lone juror that held out was not a communist so he did not do what the activist communist judge told him to do. This is all happening in a deeply blue state where they honor and revere the communists

You should worry about yourself. You claim to be sinless but break Jesus' 2nd commandment many times every day just on this forum. As for "close to midnight", we still have a long way to go.
