Based on what I witnessed, they did an excellent job of showing that Lindsay Clancy planned the killing of her three children and was lucid while doing it, meaning Lindsay was not psychotic (out of control) when she strangled her three children. Posted here and ignored. By you and others. These were facts, not opinion like you all are doing with no facts. Your post above is all fact free opinion
OK, she was lucid when she realized she would have to kill each one separately in the basement. But maybe she experienced a fugue state each time she strangled them only to then realize when they were dead it was time to go get another child. This reminds me of the fugue state that Walter White planned out in Breaking bad. He exhibited great planning in devising a solid alibi for the two of them but then was in a total fugue state while executing the plan. Sure, he told the psychiatrist he made the whole thing up, but that is protected speech, that guy is not allowed to tell the cops.

This guy here. Not paid, mind you, like the stiffs absolving Lindsay. I loved Breaking Bad. It could have been better but the idea behind it all was great. The transformation of a mild-mannered science teacher (Chemist) into Tony Montana after a cancer diagnosis @ 50.

Excellent points.
What i learned is Lindsay extended to trip by adding another stop. Another inculpatory fact. What more is needed? And she is under psychosis?

Phone forensics showed she searched “kids Miralax” at 4:02 p.m., then immediately looked up takeout from ThreeV restaurant and ran Apple Maps for the drive time from their Duxbury home. After seeing that window, she called the Kingston CVS at 4:48 p.m. to confirm they stocked children’s stool softener (they did not have the exact brand but had PediaLax). She then texted Patrick at 4:53 p.m. suggesting the farther restaurant because she “didn’t cook.” Prosecutors presented this sequence as her adding an extra stop after calculating the restaurant trip was not long enough.

Yes, I get that if this were a man we would convict him and reject his claim of psychotic break as absurd. But this is a woman, we cannot understand how messed up their brains are months after having a baby. But no one likes Big Pharma so it makes sense to blame them. It is a very popular scapegoat for the jury to blame.

you can suffer post partum and plan killing kids and still be crazy

The issue is not if she is crazy, or depressed or a psychopath.

The issue is did she know that killing the babies was wrong. When she sent her husband out it indicated she knew he would object to her killing the children so she needed him out of the house while she did it. She manipulated him with lies.

Being depressed is not a "get out of jail free card". If it was everyone would claim they were feeling depressed when arrested for a crime.

Singer Alanis Morissette suffered with post partum psychosis

It's very real.

This is the video that was supposed to post.
No, Alanis Morissette said she suffered from post partum depression, I listened to the entire video you sent. Never once did she say she lost touch with reality or could not discern right from wrong.

We have facts....you just do not agree.

And no....they did NOT do a good job otherwise that jury would not have been unanimous....it was only a hung jury because one guy is an idiot otherwise it would be over.

And I'm not an emotional idiot looking to exonerate a poor woman feeling sad....like a lot of liberal idiots are.

There's real problems with the incriminating evidence and the ex-husband's alibi.

I listened to more jurors explain what went on and that is what they said. They argued the person who disagreed didn't lay out any facts or reason.

The problem I had is why didn't any of these people while telling us what went on lay out the facts and reasons why they thought she was innocent? That is what I wanted to hear, not complaining about "one idiot". I have yet to hear anyone explain what evidence they had that she was innocent by reason of insanity.

Every time someone tries they claim she was depressed. That is not a valid reason to kill three children. The law is clear, you have to be incapable of determining that killing the three children is wrong. But we know for a fact that she knew her husband would not allow her to kill them if he were home. She sends him away and specifically picks some place far away and then gives additional requests to keep him away longer. To me that destroys any claim that she didn't know that what she was doing was wrong. And you can't argue that this is not the case, her online searches prior to sending him out are crystal clear she did this in the process of planning the children's death. That means you can't argue that the killings were similar to a person with Turrette's syndrome blurting out a curse word. It was planned and methodical which eliminates a spontaneous action that she couldn't control, and she intentionally manipulated her husband to be away knowing she wouldn't be able to kill them if he was home.

So I am not interested in 11 jurors calling someone an idiot who never explained his position. I want to hear them explain their position.

And what about support for black women who murder their children?

What medications were in Lindsay's system when she killed her children?

Hospital blood and urine drawn the night of January 24, 2023, after Lindsay Clancy was found outside, showed several prescribed psychiatric drugs and no alcohol or illicit substances.

Quantified in blood by an outside lab (NMS):
  • Lamotrigine (Lamictal): 6.1 µg/mL
  • Mirtazapine (Remeron): 200 ng/mL
  • Quetiapine (Seroquel): 1,800 ng/mL
  • Trazodone: 0.44 µg/mL
Only quetiapine was described as slightly elevated. The toxicologist said it was not at a toxic or “handful of pills” suicide level.

State Police testing also confirmed benzodiazepines, including diazepam (Valium) and its metabolites plus lorazepam (Ativan). Prosecutors said Remeron and Seroquel were at peak levels, consistent with being taken roughly two hours before the blood draw—after the children were killed and around the time she later said she mixed pills into lemonade.

She had been prescribed a much longer list over the prior four months (Zoloft, Prozac, Ambien, Klonopin, amitriptyline, and others). Toxicology reflects only what was circulating that night, not every drug ever written for her. The defense argued the combination and recent changes contributed to psychosis; the prosecution argued the levels were largely therapeutic and did not show a massive overdose at the time of the killings. The jury did not reach a verdict on criminal responsibility.
