The inheritance is not a plot of land, its the whole renewed earth Ps 37 11

But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Rom 4:13

13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

And common sense should tell you what you said and why I believe its wrong. By the simple fact I have given you what I believe to be right, thats simple logic

I thought about (but didn't think it was necessary) including the detail that "heavenly" in Hebrews 11:16 is in the genitive case which means "of". So what the fathers were anticipating and placing their faith and hope in wasn't in heaven, but of heaven, ie., out of heaven. Nowhere in scripture is it said that heaven itself is promised other than when heaven descends to earth at the very end of time.

Now you twisting scripture, the land was heavenly they desired and looked for, other worldly, else why would they consider themselves pilgrims and strngers of the earth ? Heb 11:13

These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

Same as the Church saints born again 1 Pet 2 11

Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

No doubt Abraham had in mind the eternal heavenly kingdom Jesus references Matt 8 10-11

11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

Not a plot of land, you getting desperate now

The word earth means land. So they considered themselves pilgrims and strangers on the land they were living because the knew the world they were living in was going to end badly. They were looking forward to the kingdom of God on earth that would replace the kingdoms of the world

The kingdom of heaven, not in heaven. Which is the same thing as the kingdom of God, ie., the kingdom created and ruled by God, not a kingdom created and ruled by men.

Only Jesus, only Jesus covenant, the only covenant from beginning to end. The seed of woman, the seed of Abraham, the lion of Judah.... only Jesus saves. Do not worship another golden calf.

No political state will save anyone, just like no golden calf will save anyone.

Unbelievable but hardly surprising. When God spoke to Paul on the road to Damascus,
some heard, but not anything intelligible. I suppose you will say that was their choice.
