The point is sinners need to repent and sin no more.
When we realize there is persecution of Christians, Jewish people as well as many others in this world MAYBE we will realize hatred and darkness isn't confined to one people. Why can't people trying to condemn the Jewish people remember all the Christian converts as well as the good Jews living. God knows all our hearts and motivations.
Yes, Peter, Paul, Mark, nickedamius, stephan....all jews. They are children of God not because their ethnicity.
but because they accept Jesus as Lord and savior.
God s invitation is the same yesterday, today, and forever, to mankind, no matter ethnicity.
Whoever believes Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. Whoever don't believe, stands condemned already.
Everyone is equal in front of God, no matter ethnic background.
The book of Hebrews has much more updated information about God's relationship with Israel than what we can find in the Old Testament.
Hebrews 13:13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
Notice that the focus of these children of Israel is no longer on earthly Jerusalem, but now on heavenly Jerusalem.
There are also many words of Jesus that will show us that God's relationship with earthly Jerusalem is no longer good.
I think most of the book of Revelations is about the destruction of Jerusalem, but these days there are many alternative interpretations that people can run to.
Ask yourself why both the Catholic and Protestant churches repented of these type of teachings against the Jews just after the Holocaust.
What does one have to do the other?
1. What teaching? Jesus is the only Lord and savior?
2. Repent of what? Jesus not the Lord and savior? Then who is Jesus?

What did they repent about?
For example, a sinner can repent of stealing, murdering....

I asked myself that, and my self said that it's views did not cause the holocaust and that it therefore had no need to repent of them.
