When I grow up I want to fill my house with only kittens because they're so cute. (that thought was delivered w/o thinking about the ugly truth of a house full of kittens)
 
*gives Astrid oregano tea* You may not like the taste but it does wonders for sore throat!
 
:D I always tell everyone to try it and everyone laughs at me and says 'ew gross no way' The stronger the tea the more numbing effect it has... once I made it too strong and I felt it numb my tongue :P But I choose oregano over any type of throat medicine.
 
I just buy the dry oregano that is sold for food recipes and I'll make it in the coffee pot like coffee or my mom likes boiling it in some water on the stove, it works fine either way just watch out for the oregano pieces if you boil it. Add sugar for sweetness :P
 
Aw :( I always make sure we have some because I dread sore throats. I had strep throat once it was evil :( so whenever I get a sore throat I remember how strep throat was and I drink and drink oregano tea. I don't think it tastes bad at all I like the taste its a little minty flavor to it. :)
