If you have mild asthma cold air will help.
I have asthma and often Ill breath in warm steam then quickly go outside to breath the cold air. It opens the lungs.

Fact: I am now thanking pickles. I am feeling better now, that fresh cold air from outside helped a lot.

You are very welcome.
Its not unusual for teens to develope mild asthma. Two of my daughters did and it passed as they grew older.
I understand about drs for you.
But if you ever start to have a really hard time breathing the hospital is important. Unless it is as bad as you say.
There are alot of natural remadies you can learn about online. Try and share about it with your mom.
I just worry because Im a mom and well its what I do. smiles

Yes, Astrid, That is correct... This one i was eating just also happens to have a layer of caramel in it too.
