I was tapping my feet yarly fast. I was shaking. I was tapping my fingers on my desk a good lot... and i wasnt able to focus on the teacher, or anything at that. Teacher yelled at me to stop. I said I cant. then he's like STOP IT NOW. And i said "I CANT, MAKE ME!!!" (which was the truth) and he called the headmaster.

ouch. If you can't stop it sounds more like a compulsive disorder. With ADHD/ ADD you'll usually snap out of it once you're aware of it (at least I did)
or maybe you just have your own variety of it

i actually do it out of habit now occasionally...

i think it has to do with me getting high and OD'ing so much when I was younger..

Fact: I had my second ballet assessment last wednesday. In November I got Pass Merit and last week I went up to Merit Merit. CHUFFED
