This is interesting. "Rahm Emanuel cynically said, "You never want a crisis to go to waste." It is now becoming clear that the crisis he was referring to is Barack Obama's presidency. Obama is no fool. He is not incompetent. To the contrary, he is brilliant. He knows exactly what he's doing. He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to create systemic failure, economic crisis and social chaos -- thereby destroying capitalism and our country from within.

Barack Obama is my college classmate (Columbia University, class of '83). As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Obama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University. They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands. Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.

Universal health care. The health care bill had very little to do with health care. It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions). Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt. What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government. Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?

Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants. They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power. The bonus is that all
the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps Obama "spread the wealth around."

Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who's asking for a 51st state? Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers. But this has been Obama's plan all along. His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government.

Legalize 12 million illegal immigrants. Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America. But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security.

Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go? It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country. It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions). A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues). All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America. The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful. The ends justify the means.

Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only thetop 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama). Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition.

With the acts outlined above, Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of votersdependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.

Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Obama."

3. CLAIM: The Senate-passed bill would eliminate visa backlogs and reduce wait times.FACT: It would overwhelm the current immigration system.
The current immigration system is slow and overly complex. Yet rather than address these problems, S. 744 would thrust millions of additional people into the system by granting amnesty to those who are in the U.S. illegally and unrealistically requiring our immigration services to first clear the backlog of those waiting to enter the country legally.

This is certainly a commendable goal. Without real reform to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, however, arbitrary mandates to clear the backlog are only likely to overwhelm the system.

4. CLAIM: The Senate-passed bill would provide a “lengthy but fair” path to earned citizenship. FACT: Amnesty itself is inherently unfair.

Amnesty is deeply unfair to all those who waded through the complex and convoluted immigration system to come and remain here legally, and the approximately 4.4 million who at this very moment are waiting in line to come.

Indeed, amnesty comes in many forms, but in all of its variations, it discourages respect for the law, treats law-breaking aliens better than law-following aliens, and encourages future illegal immigration.

5. CLAIM: The Senate-passed bill would improve employment-based visa programs.FACT: It would make the process worse.

Take the H-1B visa program, which allows employers to hire qualified immigrant workers to fill highly skilled positions. Through this program, employers may draw from a larger hiring pool of qualified applicants to fill vital positions. The idea is to keep jobs in America while also encouraging job creation and employment opportunities.

However, the Senate bill would impose a list of new restrictions on employers of H-1B visa recipients. These include requiring employers to pay higher wages to most H-1B workers than current U.S. workers and other requirements that would create a bureaucratic nightmare for employers and put them in legal jeopardy.

When the debt to dollar ratio reaches a certain point, investors will begin abandoning the dollar for currencies that offer a better investment while dumping dollars on the market and bond sales will decrease dramatically. The Fed will begin engaging in more massive deficit spending to buy up dollars resulting in worse debt destroying the value of the dollar further and the world will finally react to what by then will be a massive debt to dollar ratio. The day of judgment (e.g. currency value correction) arrives.

The result of this will be a rapid currency devaluation (e.g. hyperinflation). Since we've ruined U.S. trade and completely failed to protect our own innovation post-Cold War, innovation increasingly occurs now in foreign nations. Another consequence is that we've spawned the worst domestic labor market seen since the Great Depression. So we'll also have stagnation by then.

The future is stagflation.

4. Liberalism is satanic. They use truth to lie with. They say they are for the little guy but consolidate power in the hands of a few, them. They claim they are for minorities but without racism they would have no political power base so...they MUST foster racism to exist as a political entity.

5. The welfare check is the new slavery. We fought a war in this country and one reason for that civil war was the end of privately owned slaves. Today, those deaths are spit upon by the liberal ideology through the welfare check. The public buying of slaves....and worse yet, the slaves wanted it.
 
I believe Russia, China and India(Can't remember if India is in there) these countries currencies are backed by gold and precious metal, NOT the US. Our currency is what it looks like monopoly money. I have bought my land free and clear and made sure that I have things on hand that I normally use so when the dollar crashes (and it will) I will not be in the mayhem(because that is what will happen.)

All true but understand neoconservatives were the architects and initiators of the free trade that decimated the U.S. economy and domestic labor force. The captains of industry grew tired of battling with the unions and decided to buy off the neoconservatives enmasse and also those liberals they could to initiate free trade so they could rapidly increase their wealth much faster. They didn't really care that it would decimate the U.S. because they were already over fifty and knew they would be dead before the price tag came due. Mr. Skull and Crossbones Bush Sr. was their "boy" who got it done for them. Sure Bill Clinton rubber stamped it into law, when he found time away from having his joint worked on in the Oval Office by young girls, but without Bush Sr. making it the number one priority of his political career: the great exodus of capital, innovation, and jobs overseas might never have even happened.

I don't have a problem with free trade.

Unions are a huge problem.

There is nothing wrong with people making money or getting wealthy.

Outsourcing? Some telemarketing goes over seas and that hurts our economy?

Obamacare and the policies of this radical marxist have destroyed our economy. Debt cieling after debt ceiling rise. Terrible spending.

Neither Bush was a conservative. They both loved government and both hurt the republican party. No skull and crossbones conspiricy. Just plain politics. They sought power and only lip served conservative ideals.
 
You should have a problem with free trade. It's one of the two primary drivers used to denude the U.S. of capital, innovation, and jobs.

No one here said there was anything wrong with acquiring wealth. What is obvious; however, is that you're either ignorant on the topic of free trade or deceived with a false worldview of what it is. The latter (e.g. deceived with a false worldview of free trade) is embedded in libertarianism and you're probably one and that's the reason for your statement.

I usually remove the deception from truth seeker libertarians through in depth discussions on the subject; however, the wing nut extreme libertarians lost in theoretical idealism not present in the real world are as hopeless as an ardent Marxist imo.

A major complication was that uber-liberal collegiate professors, who write the textbooks for both K-12th and higher education, fell in love with free trade and skewed every textbook accordingly. I never read a textbook in my MBA curriculum that did not present the delusion of the free trade model as a boon to the U.S. economy respite with all the false assertions inherent.

It's ironic their assertions are now falsifiable... one of the benefits of observing a model fail in the real world (not to be confused with the theoretical idealism of the ivory tower). Hindsight is 20/20 but some never learn from the past. Free trade failed the U.S. in the 21st century, Marxian economics failed the USSR in the 20th century, etc... but failed models still have adherents.

Do yourself a favor. Read 'Free Trade Doesn't Work' by Ian Fletcher for a conservative economist's perspective. I'm a straight A MBA and I'm telling you that "free" trade is one of two primary drivers that have denuded the nation's citizens of their ability to earn.

As for unions, they come in two flavors: public and private. Public unions are a blatant conflict of the public interest and should be immediately decertified by executive order which is how they came into being at the federal level to begin with in 1962 per President John Kennedy's Executive Order 10988. Congress should pass legislation with prejudice to make it easier for state's to decertify their public unions too.

Private unions are another story altogether. Workers have a right to engage in collective bargaining in the private sector with the only real exception being industry necessary to secure our national defense in times of war or national emergency. But then I'm saying this in a post-Cold War environment where national security is so lax the Chinese just walked away with everything we have.

Unless you're a fascist (private trade unions are always eliminated under national fascism) or adhere to extreme conservative libertarianism (ironically wanting to use government force to eliminate freedom of association), it's difficult to see why you would want to deny Americans in the private sector their liberty in collective bargaining.

I agree with you on Obamacare and, of course, neoconservatives are not true conservatives. That honor goes to paleoconservatives in my view.
