My back pain went away

Weeks ago I made a thread about how my back hurts every time I walk and it was so uncomfortable. I took pain killers but nothing. It go to a point where I didn't want to go outside and I had to sit down every 30 second because it hurt so much. I'm glad to say, the pain went away and now I walk for lengths and I feel no pain. It feels great to go out and do stuff. Thank Jesus

Hydro therapy is a God given treatment for many illnesses. As an arthritic with back problems, I use it to treat pains that happen to me. Today I took a very hot shower to alleviate arthritis pains in my back and was able to do my daily tasks.

Good health is such a true blessing!

You are so fortunate and blessed! I've had some issues with my lower back and knees for over a year and they still haven't been healed! God has His reasons for everything...Glad for you Socreta. God bless you!
