Report the problem to a mod, and be as specific as possible. :) If it's not a site problem, then we in the forums will do our best to troubleshoot for you.

I looked at our records and his nic was approved on the 8th. As I recall, he'll need to use the link provided in the acceptance e-mail to log in the first time. Tell him to check his Spam box since occasionally spam filters drop the acceptance e-mail there.

YAY that's great that he's getting signed up :) I hear him in the background alot haha so it'll be nice to see him actually on here :D
