hi guys
my name is arianna. my dad is a pastor of a really small church plant, and because of it we have a very small worship team with even smaller talent
there are a few members of the worship team who aren't exactly living a lifestyle that someone in a leadership position should be living at the moment.
personally, i believe that leaders of a congregation should follow the criteria laid out in I Timothy (sober-minded, a man of one wife, who rules his own household, slow to anger, etc.). I know my dad believes in this passage also, but I think that he is so desperate for a good worship team that he is not thinking as clearly as he normally does.
i want to bring this up to him, but i don't feel like its my place. i dont want to seem disobedient, or as though i know more about it than he does, or anything like that. i respect him very much and he has been a wonderful example for me my entire life.
should i say anything? or let God deal with it
?
