Hi all! I have been saved since a young age, but for the past few years my spiritual life has been lacking. I am finally starting to regrow my relationship with God again. I am recommitted to his calling for me to share the gospel, and I think my downfalls and experiences can be used to help me reach people.

I think a lot of people can relate to your story. You realize now that you have decided to recommit your life to GOD that satan will be after you at full force. You mentioned growing your relationship with GOD and I must commend you .After all that is what He wants. Simply a relationship. Talking to him and reading his word to make him the focus of your life . Don't let guilt of any downfalls or mistakes bring you down. like you said, use them to bring glory to GOD.

Hi Katie, welcome to CC :) As for God being able to use you to more effectively minister to/reach others for Him (due to downfalls and other experiences you've had), I agree, as I have seen Him do that very thing with a number of others, including myself :)
