Sometimes I feel a little selfish asking for prayer when there seem to be many greater needs, but I also know God doesn't discriminate in that way. Right now I am trying to not feel anxious about the choices I'm going to have to make in the next couple of months. I'm also still praying for discernment on which way I should go. My teaching position is a one year only position. I am considering a few other options, some which would require a move (which I wouldn't mind if I/God can make it work,) and another which would be new territory for me. I don't want to give specifics because I feel it's a little too soon. Last year, when I left my other position, I feel God called me to take this opportunity. I have not regretted it. Thanks for standing with me on this (in advance). I know not to worry, and yet somehow I am a ball of nerves with a mind going 5,000 miles a minute! Thanks!

I can only imagine the stress. I will be praying that God works his will and shows you the way. Have faith and place it in his hands :)

God Bless!

Praying in Jesus's name with you for all you ask and all wisdom and peace in making the choices before you.

God bless

some promises to you, Ashley--

The mind of man plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps. (Prov. 16:9)

The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. (Phil. 4:5b,6; 19)

love,
ellie

Agreeing. Great is the peace from our LORd, close the doors to fear, and trust and rest in him, he will do the rest.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6, 7). I will be praying for you
