I wanted to ask prayer for my grandfather. His health is deteriorating and it has been for a while now. It actually got worse after he had a nasty fall last summer and broke 9 ribs and received numerous other injuries. He is legally blind and deaf and he has Parkinson's disease which seems to be taking over. I have literally watched my grandfather get worse and worse over the last so many years and it hurts to see him in so much pain and so bad off. Just today when I saw him he could barely walk. It takes him a while just to go from one room to the other and he doesn't have good balance at all.

Please pray for him, for strength and comfort.

I talked to my grandmother today and it appears as though my Grandfather is at least has Stage 4 Parkinson's Disease and showing signs of early Stage 5 which is the last stage.

Continued Prayers are appreciated. My Grandmother is a complete mess and basket case trying to cope with the idea of losing her husband, especially when she has leaned on him their entire marriage seeing as she is an emotional mess most of the time.

Not much to update...
My dad was over at my grandparents house yesterday and he had said my grandfather was still asleep. He wakes up long enough to eat breakfast and goes back to bed. he doesn't sleep much if at all and he hallucinates a lot too. I'm not sure what the plan is now except to just wait and see if his medicine starts working since he just recently changed it because he realized he was taking it at the wrong times.
 
My friend and I went over today to hang out with my grandparents because we love visiting with them and my Grandfather is such a trip!!

today he couldn't walk or talk earlier and my grandmother almost took him to the hospital. However his medicine started kicking in and he was doing better. He was doing pretty good and getting around so I thank God that this little episode didn't last long. My grandmother is scared and she doesn't know what to do anymore. My Aunt suggested she call the health department.

Lord,

right now we ask that you heal! If it be your will! Or if it's your will for him to be with you. Your will be done, whatsoever it is, Lord God we ask that you give firefly the peace of Jesus, Lord Jesus help her in Jesus name Amen
