David was truly a man after God's own heart. Even the heart of Jesus Christ. He was full of the Spirit in this, that his heart was right with God, and God smiled upon him, and blessed him.

When the Lord was drawing me to him, he was not drawing my flesh to him, but the flesh of my heart he was drawing to me....

(WOW I just want to say that I love you women!!! God has a great purpose for women, and he is calling many women!!)

I would have many things on my heart that I could not speak. If I were to speak I would only be able to speak it in a dance or in passionate playing of an instrument. But I don't know how to play any instruments, but glorious symphonies in my heart and beautiful songs did I make to the Lord in my heart.

And when I read the Psalms of David, I see what pleases the Lord. I see a man whose heart was in sync with the very heart of God. I also began to see my own heart. When Jesus gets your heart, he gets all of you. It is a bond. If you give your heart and affections to other people or things then you loose part of that with Jesus, though all things are possible with the Lord.

Ahhh, now don't you men also see this beautiful and wonderful revelation of the covenant of marriage? I will tell you men this, that David was loved and adored by women, because his heart was after God. He was passionate and free, and full of love and honor and kindness and gentleness. He was passionate indeed about Truth and Judgement. His heart was after the heart of God. Yes he was a man, and he had weaknesses, but the Lord does miracles with a heart like that.

And now we can see a greater heart. The heart of the Lord Jesus Christ. And his heart is in Psalms. May Jesus bless you.
