Grab a pound each of shrimp, chicken and / or steak (chop the chicken / steak in cubes). Place each in a separate freezer bag. Add 1 small clove of crushed garlic and three to four ounces of cooking sherry in each. Let sit over night.
Two small to medium zucchini chopped, two small to medium squash chopped, one large vidalia onion (white sweet onion) chopped, six to ten ounces of your favorite mushrooms chopped. Add 1 crushed small clove of garlic and 3 to 4 ounces of cooking sherry. Let sit over night also.
Drain sherry before cooking the next day.
Cook each in olive oil and a table spoon of real butter. Add black pepper, sea salt and / or garlic powder if needed (Garlic Pepper or Garlic Salt works also).
Cook all together or separate. Shrimp takes longest to cook, be sure to cook your shrimp until the tails curl tightly or it's not done.
FRIED RICE:
4 to 6 ounces of white rice (cooked). 2 to 3 ounces of cooking sherry. A table spoon of Soy, Worcester or Dale's Sauce. A table spoon of olive oil. A table spoon real butter. Let cook until all the liquid is boiled out and rice begins to turn a golden yellow / brown.
